Abstract

Družinska podjetja imajo dandanes pomembno vlogo v svetu, saj »dajejo« gospodarskemu razvoju razmeroma visok delež. V celotni Evropi družinska podjetja označujejo 70% do 80% vseh podjetij, zaposlujejo pa okrog 50% do 60% vseh ljudi v Evropi. Da je družinsko podjetje v svetu lahko uspešno, potrebuje predvsem dobro oblikovano vizijo in politiko podjetja (sem so vključeni poslanstvo, smotri, temeljni cilji). Magistrsko delo vsebuje dva sklopa, teoretičen in aplikativen del. V teoretičnem delu smo definirali pojem družinsko podjetje, navedli, kakšne so posebnosti in značilnosti družinskega podjetja ter pogledali prednosti in slabosti samega družinskega podjetja. Opredelili smo še politiko podjetja, kjer smo izhajali iz MER-ovega modela ter posebnosti politike v družinskem podjetju. Vse to nas je pripeljalo do spoznanja, da morajo biti vizija, poslanstvo, smotri in temeljni cilji dobro opredeljeni in skladni med seboj, sicer se v njih ne morejo odražati vrednote in interesi družine. V aplikativnem delu smo se omejili na družinsko podjetje Kamnoseštvo Šilček d.o.o., kjer smo ugotavljali bistvene spremembe v razvoju in uspeh podjetja danes. Bistvena sprememba v razvoju podjetja je njegova širitev. Podjetje je odprlo novo poslovalnico v Ljubljani, saj se želi še bolj približati kupcem iz celotne Slovenije ter tudi tujine. Družinskemu podjetju smo okoljsko proučili razvojne možnosti, analizirali smo tudi prednosti in nevarnosti, ki prežijo na družinsko podjetje ter podjetje primerjali z drugimi podjetji glede prednosti in slabosti. Ugotovili smo, da ima družinsko podjetje veliko prednosti, ki mu omogočajo nadaljnji uspeh. Na osnovi naših predvidevanj s področja raziskave o podjetju, smo navedli predlog izboljšave politike podjetja (dopolnili smo poslanstvo, oblikovali smotre in temeljne cilje družinskega podjetja).

Secondary abstract: Family businesses have an important role in the world. They are contributing a large share of economic development. In the whole Europe family businesses account 70% to 80% of all businesses and employ around 50% to 60% of all people in Europe. If a family business in the world wants to be successful, it needs a particularly well-designed vision and policy of the company (mission, objectives and core objectives). Master's thesis contains two parts: theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part we define the concept of a family business, defining features and characteristics of a family business and look at the advantages and disadvantages of single family business. We have identified further business policy where we started from the MER of the model and the specificities of the policy of family businesses. We found that family business needs well-defined vision, mission, purposes and basic goals. They have to be consistent with each other otherwise they shall not reflect the values and interests of the family. In the practical part we were limited to family business (Kamnoseštvo Šilček d.o.o.). We were determined significant changes in the development and success of businesses today. Substantial change in the company's development is its expansion. The company has opened a new branch office in Ljubljana. With this move family company wants to get even closer to customers from all over Slovenia and also abroad. We also explore development opportunities and analyze the advantages and dangers that lurk at the family business and enterprise compared with other enterprises in terms of strengths and weaknesses. We have found that a family business have many advantages that enable it to further success. Based on the research and forecasting platforms we have created our own proposal for improvements to forms of expression of company policy (we complement the mission, formed the fundamental aims and objectives of the family business).
