Abstract
Podjetja so toliko uspešna, kolikor so uspešni in zadovoljni njihovi zaposleni. Zaposlene lahko motiviramo z nagrajevanjem, ki temeljijo na ocenjevanju njihove uspešnosti. Metode ocenjevanja zaposlenih so različne. Trenutno najbolj objektivna in moderna je metoda ocenjevanja 360 stopinj. Pri tej metodi se zaposlenega ocenjuje iz različnih vidikov (nadrejeni, podrejeni, sodelavec …). V podjetju Aktiva skupina trenutno ni točno definiranega ocenjevanja uspešnosti, zato smo se odločili raziskati, če zaposlenim v Aktiva skupini ustreza ocenjevalna metoda 360 stopinj. Na koncu smo podali predlog ocenjevanja uspešnosti na podlagi metode 360 stopinj v Aktiva skupini za delovno mesto vodja področja. Uvesti ocenjevanje uspešnosti je izredno zahtevno, saj je potrebna velika podpora sodelavcev, podrejenih, nadrejenih ter zunanjih sodelavcev, če želimo, da je ocenjevanje objektivno in pravično. Ocenjevanje uspešnosti je zelo pomembno, saj z njim lahko zadržimo najboljše zaposlene, predvsem pa jih lahko prepoznamo in ustrezno nagradimo.

Companies can be as successful as their employees. We can motivate them with reward systems based on their succes at work. There are different kinds of reward systems. Method 360 degrees is at the moment most objective and most modern one. With this method you evaluate the employee from different points of view (from leader, worker, co-worker). There is no reward system in Activa company at the moment and that's why we decided to research if Method of 360 degrees would fit in the company. We also prepared a draft version of Evaluation for Project leaders. Implementation of this kind of evaluations is very demanding. For objective and fair results you need good support from coworkers, workers, leaders and contractors. Therefore, reward system is very important for the companiy, so they can recognize good workers, reward them and try to keep them. |
