Abstract

V diplomskem seminarju sem v začetnem delu predstavila pojem družinsko podjetje, spoznala sem, da je pojem zapleten. Vsak avtor si pojem razlaga po svoje. Nadaljevala sem s predstavitvijo družinskega in poslovnega sistema, nato pa pojasnila pojem model treh krogov. Nekaj besed sem namenila prednostim in slabostim družinskega podjetja. Prav tako sem opredelila pojem nasledstva in opisala nasledstvene možnosti. Pojasnila sem kaj pomeni nasledstvo kot proces. Diplomski seminar sem nadaljevala s opredelitvijo družinske ustave in opisom njenih značilnosti. V sklopu diplomskega seminarja sem si zadala, da bom preučila slovensko družinsko podjetje. Odločitev ni bila težka, saj so bili v podjetju takoj pripravljeni sodelovati. Zato sem v zadnjem delu diplomskega seminarja opisala družinsko podjetje Žiher d.o.o., predstavila njegovo zgodovino, povedala nekaj o zaposlenih družinskih članih in opisala zakaj imajo družinsko ustavo.

Secondary abstract:	In my graduate seminar in the first part I presented a concept of a family business. I realized that the concept is complicated. Each author makes the notion of explanation on their own. I proceeded with the presentation of the family and the business system, and then explained the concept model of the three rounds. A few words I spent strengths and weaknesses of the family business. I have also defined the concept of succession and described the succession options. I explained what it means succession as a process. Then I continued with the definition of family constitution and a description of its features. As part of the thesis I set out to examine will Slovenian family business. The decision was not difficult, as they were in the company immediately ready to cooperate. Therefore, I am in the last part of the thesis describes a family business Žiher ltd.,presented its history, said some of the staff members of the family and describe why they have a family constitution.
