diplomsko delo visokošolskega strokovnega študija Organizacija in management kadrovskih in izobraževalnih procesov
Abstract
Diplomska naloga zajema teoretični in praktični del. V teoretičnem delu smo proučili, kaj predstavlja recesija za gospodarstvo na globalni, nacionalni ravni in kaj za posamezne poslovne subjekte. Zajezitev upadanja gospodarskih dejavnosti terja poglobljeno razčlenitev dejavnikov, ki vplivajo na rast krize. Pojasnili smo, kakšno vlogo igrata management in manager ter njuno povezavo s kadrovsko funkcijo. Prikazali smo, kakšno vlogo ima kadrovanje pri problematiki absentizma in fluktuacije. Razložili smo vzroke in vrste absentizma in fluktuacije. Praktični del naloge prikazuje vplive recesije na področju kadrov v Casino Kobarid, d.d. Z analizo podatkov iz internih virov je bila izdelana primerjava stopnje absentizma in fluktuacije med letoma 2011 in 2015. Rezultati analize so pokazali, da je bila stopnja absentizma in fluktuacije visoka. Da bi ugotovili vzroke za absentizem in fluktuacijo in s tem vpliv dolgoletne recesije na zadovoljstvo zaposlenih, smo v nadaljevanju izvedli raziskavo, s pomočjo katere smo ugotavljali, kateri dejavniki vplivajo na zadovoljstvo zaposlenih. Na podlagi rezultatov raziskave podamo predloge za odpravo pomanjkljivosti in s tem uspešnejše delo zaposlenih.

This dissertation consists of two parts: one theoretical and the other practical. The theoretical part focuses on recession and its impact on the economy on both a global and national level as well as on individual business enterprises. In order to stop the trend of declining economic activity, the interplay of factors influencing the rise of crises must be analysed in depth. The roles of management and managers and their function in the human resource area are described. In addition, the role of human resources management in tackling the problems of absenteeism and employee turnover is described. Various types of absenteeism and turnover, as well as the reasons for them, are explained. The practical part of the dissertation focuses on the influences of the current recession on the field of human resources at Casino Kobarid d.d. By analysing the data from internal sources, a comparison of absenteeism and turnover levels during 2011 and 2015 was carried out. The results show a rather high level of both absenteeism and turnover. In order to determine the reasons for absenteeism and turnover, along with the influence of long-term recession on the satisfaction of employees at work, further research was conducted to determine the factors which influence employees’ well-being and motivation. Based on the results of this research, some suggestions are made in terms of eliminating some imperfections so that employees achieve more successful work. |
