Abstract

Sodoben nogomet zahteva od nogometaša sposobnost vzdržljivosti in odlično kondicijsko pripravljenost. Da se igralec lahko razvije v profesionalnega nogometaša, se morajo kondicijske priprave začeti že v mladinskih selekcijah skozi različne metode in oblike kondicijskega treniranja. Pri mladih nogometaših se motorične in funkcionalne sposobnosti trenirajo skozi vaje, skladno z njihovim fizičnim in duševnim razvojem, ki so tesno povezane s tehničnim in taktičnim znanjem nogometa. Kondicijski trener mora kondicijske priprave prilagoditi tako skupinam kot posameznikom znotraj ekipe. Glavne motorične sposobnosti, ki jih mora mladi nogometaš osvojiti, so: moč, hitrost, gibljivost, preciznost, koordinacija in ravnotežje. Mladi nogometaš se kondicijsko pripravlja skozi kombinacijo različnih oblik in metod kondicijskega treniranja za osvajanje navedenih motoričnih sposobnosti ter večjo vzdržljivostjo na način, ki ne predstavlja 'mučenja', ampak ga spodbudi za osvajanje veščin, ki mu bodo v pomoč v nogometni igri.

Secondary abstract: Modern football demands from a footballer capability of endurance and excellent physical preparation. The condition that player can develop itself into a professional footballer, is that these physical preparations should begin already in youth sections, trough different methods and shapes of physical training. At young footballers motoric and functional capabilities are being trained trough exercises, in accordance with their physical and mental development, which are tightly connected with technical and tactical football knowledge. Condition trainer must adapt conditioning training to the groups and as well to the individual players inside the team. Main motoric skills, which a young footballer should conquer, are: power, speed, motility, precision, coordination and balance. Young footballer is being physically prepared trough combination of different shapes and methods of conditioning training to accomplish stated motoric skills and greater endurance in a way which doesn't represent "torturing", but gives the player motivation to conquer skills which will help him at football play.
