Abstract

Elektronsko bančništvo obsega uporabo bančnih avtomatov, kartično poslovanje, spletno, telefonsko in mobilno bančništvo. Uporabnikom omogoča dosegljivost bančnih storitev skoraj povsod in v vsakem trenutku, poleg tega pa bistveno zmanjšuje potrebo po posesti gotovine. Konkurenca med bankami tako v svetu kot tudi pri nas je skoraj vse banke prisilila k ponudbi elektronskih oblik bančnih storitev ter pripeljala tudi do stopnje, da so se pojavile tako imenovane virtualne banke, ki poslujejo le elektronsko in nimajo fizičnih poslovalnic. S povečanjem dosegljivosti bančnih storitev in enostavnostjo dostopa so bili za posamezne oblike elektronskega bančništva razviti različni ter splošno sprejeti varnostni mehanizmi, protokoli in standardi, ki naj bi uporabnikom zagotavljali varno koriščenje storitev. A nepridipravi so razvili bolj ali manj sofisticirane oblike zlorab in napadov na elektronsko bančništvo, usmerjene v pridobitev finančnih sredstev uporabnikov elektronskega bančništva. Nepridipravi bodisi izkoriščajo vrzeli v varnostnih mehanizmih in način delovanja naprav, ki omogočajo opravljanje posameznih oblik elektronskega bančništva, bodisi so usmerjeni v izkoriščanje neprevidnosti in laičnosti uporabnikov elektronskega bančništva.

Secondary abstract: Electronic banking comprises the use of ATMs, bank card, web, phone and mobile banking, and also allows users to service availability of banking services virtually anywhere and at any time, and significantly reduces the need for possession of cash. Competition between banks in the world as well as in Slovenia, forced banks to offer electronic forms of banking services, and also led to a degree that have emerged virtual banks that conduct business electronically and do not have physical offices. By increasing the availability of banking services and ease of access were specific forms of electronic banking to develop a diverse and widely accepted security mechanisms, protocols and standards for individual forms of electronic banking, which aims to ensure the safe use of services, but the villains have developed more or less sufisticirane forms of abuse and attacks on electronic banking aimed at obtaining financial resources of electronic banking users, either exploiting the loopholes in the security mechanisms mode devices that allow the individual forms of electronic banking or aimed at the exploitation of carelessness and laity users of electronic banking.
