Abstract

Recidiv alkoholizma pomeni povrnitev bolezni, pri alkoholiku, ki je abstiniral. Preprečevanje recidiva alkoholizma, pa je eden izmed najzahtevnejših in najpomembnejših izzivov zdravljenja alkoholika. Namen diplomskega dela je bil predstaviti metode preprečevanja recidiva in s pomočjo raziskave ugotoviti pojav in preprečevanje recidiva pri zdravljenih alkoholikih. Uporabili smo kvantitativno metodologijo. Raziskavo smo izvedli v klubu zdravljenih alkoholikov, s pomočjo anketnega vprašalnika, ki je vseboval 18 vprašanj odprtega in zaprtega tipa. Anketni vprašalnik je bil anonimen, sodelovanje je bilo prostovoljno. V raziskavi je sodelovalo 43 anketirancev. Raziskavo smo izvajali v mesecu avgustu 2015. Raziskava je pokazala, da je pojav recidiva alkoholizma pri alkoholikih zelo pogost pojav in da je pogostejši pri tistih zdravljencih, ki so tudi kadilci. Raziskava je pokazala tudi, da je velika večina anketiranih zdravljencev odvisna od tobaka in, da je delež anketiranih zdravljencev, ki so recidivirali največji med tistimi, ki so zaključili osnovnošolsko in srednješolsko izobrazbo. Alkoholizem je ena izmed najbolj razširjenih svetovnih bolezni, ki jo običajno razumemo kot prekomerno uživanje alkoholnih pijač, ki za seboj povleče telesne, psihične, materialne in odnosne negativne posledice. Poglavitnega pomena je, da alkoholizem primerno in pravilno zdravimo. Recidiv alkoholizma je pri zdravljenju alkoholika pogost pojav, ki pa ne pomeni konca poti, vendar je treba pri zdravljenju vztrajati. Pravilno zdravljenje in podpora je edini način, da preprečimo recidiv alkoholizma pri zdravljenem alkoholiku.

Secondary abstract: Relapse of alcoholism means repayment of a disease. Prevention of relapse of alcoholism, is one of the most difficult and the most important challenges in treatment of alcoholics. The purpose of this diploma paper was to present a method of preventing relapse and using research to investigate the incidence and prevention of relapse in treated alcoholics. We used quantitative methodology. The research was carried out at the club for recovering alcoholics. The research was conducted through a questionnaire containing 18 questions open and closed. The questionnaire was anonymous, the participation was voluntary. The study involved 43 respondents. The survey was conducted in August 2015. The study showed that the occurrence of relapse in alcoholism is very common and it is more common with those, which are also smokers. The survey also showed that a large majority of respondents who was undergoing treatment depended on tobacco. The survey results also showed that the majority of respondents who have relapsed completed primary and secondary education. Alcoholism is one of the world's most widespread diseases. Normally it is viewed as excessive consumption of alcohol witch usually pulls physical, psychological, and relational negative consequences. It is very important that alcoholism is suitable and properly treated. Relapse of alcoholism in the treatment of alcoholics often occur, which does not mean the end of the path, but it is necessary that treatment of alcoholism is persevered. Proper treatment and support is the only way to prevent a relapse of alcoholism with treated alcoholic.
