Abstract
Diplomsko delo obravnava razvoj orodja za brizganje pokrovčka matice M12. Razvoj orodja je bil izveden na podlagi 2D načrta, ki predstavlja pokrovček matice M12 in na podlagi zahteve kupca za izdelavo orodja. Predstavljene so tudi časovne pasti, na katere je bilo potrebno paziti. Stroju, na katerem bo orodje obratovalo, je bila podana 2D dokumentacija s strani kupca. Preden smo pričeli s konstrukcijo orodja, smo naredili tri variante vbrizgalnih sistemov pokrovčka matice M12. Iz vseh treh variant smo s kupcem izbrali tisto, s katero smo zagotovili čim bolj ustrezne pogoje za vbrizganje polimernega materiala. Pri konstruiranju orodja smo morali zagotoviti pogoje, ki smo jih določili z varianto sistema brizganja polimernega materiala. Po fizični izdelavi orodja je sledil preizkus orodja na določenem stroju, za katerega je bilo orodje izdelano. Po preizkusu so sledile meritve s strani kupca, pri katerih ni ugotovil kakršnih večjih odstopanj.

Secondary abstract: |
The work included development of tool for molding the cover for M12 bolts. The design of tool was made from 2D drawings, which included cover for M12 bolts, which was requirements from customer. The work include the time traps which need to be check. On the equipment which will be install this tool was presented 2D documentations from our customer. Before was started development of tool were made three different simulation of cover for M12 bolts. After this simulations were together with customer selected the best solution which included the best conditions for molds polymer. The design of tool need to be included all conditions from best simulation. After design and construction of tool was made tool test on selected equipment. After test was made measuring test and customer was not found any mistakes. |
