Abstract
Hiter razvoj informacijske tehnologije prinaša v srednje šole nove načine izobraževanja in postavlja izzive in priložnosti vsem udeleženim v učnem procesu. Velika ponudba in kompleksnost sodobnih informacijskih rešitev od odločevalcev na šolah zahteva nenehno preverjanje obstoječega stanja in preudarno uvajanje novosti.
V magistrski nalogi smo celostno predstavili informacijske sisteme v srednjih šolah. V teoretičnem delu smo naredili splošen opis posameznih informacijskih sistemov, razdeljenih na pedagoški, administrativni in knjižnični del.
V empiričnem delu smo izdelali model informatizacije v srednjih šolah. Model vsebuje opis informacijskih rešitev, primernih za uporabo v srednjih šolah. Izdelani model smo primerjali z dejanskim stanjem na nekaterih srednjih šolah.
Na podlagi primerjanja teoretičnega modela informatizacije in dejanskega stanja v srednjih šolah, smo podali izhodišča za postavitev optimiziranega informacijskega sistema.

Secondary abstract: |
The rapid pace of development in information technology persistently provides novel challenges and solutions in the field of high school education. A broad range of products and their and complexity requires high school governing bodies to continually follow the IT progress make informed decisions.
In this master's thesis, we present a thorough account of a high school information system. The theoretical part includes general descriptions of distinct information systems aimed to serve pedagogical, administrative and bibliographical purposes.
In the empirical part, we modelled an ideal solution to the IT needs of a high school by taking into account the IT tools available on the market. The developed model is further compared with the actual situation in several high school institutions.
Based on the theoretical model of informatisation and the real-life situation in the selected high schools, we proposed several improvements that would contribute toward an optimal information system. |
