diplomsko delo

Abstract

V Sloveniji na področju maloprodaje velja huda konkurenca. Podjetja iščejo načine za čim večjo diverzifikacijo s ciljem pritegniti širši portfelj kupcev, si zagotoviti njihovo lojalnost in posledično povečati prodajo. V teoretičnem delu so povzeta spoznanja in stališča različnih avtorjev na področju projektnega managementa in elektronskih storitev.

Secondary title: Transfer of electronic services on the new sales outlets
Secondary abstract: The retail sector in Slovenia is extremely competitive. Companies are trying to increase their diversification in order to attract a wider portfolio of buyers and ensure their loyalty, thereby boosting sales. The situation in the market is driving companies to undertake joint ventures to create their competitive advantage and enhance their visibility. Business cooperation between two companies who both contribute their own knowledge experience can be a solid basis for a successful joint project. The first phase of the joint project, in this case the introduction of electronic services, has already been implemented in sixty sales outlets. However, not all of them have attained the envisaged sales results. The topic of the thesis focuses on the second phase of the project – the transfer of electronic services to new sales outlets. Based on certain criteria a decision was made to move all the equipment from less profitable sales outlets to the new ones. A start-up proposal was devised for this phase. The theoretical part of the thesis touches on the findings and viewpoints of various authors in the field of project management and electronic services.
