Abstract

Namen naloge je bil prenoviti hidravlični sistem v laboratoriju za procesno avtomatizacijo in realizirati uporabniški vmesnik, preko katerega bi bil sistem upravljan na daljavo. Celoten projekt prenove hidravličnega sistema je zajet v dveh magistrskih delih; vsako opisuje svoj podsistem. Na hidravličnem sistemu je bil do sedaj Moellerjev krmilnik, ki je bil zamenjan s Siemensovim S7-1500. Prenovilo se je obstoječe električne načrte, ki so bili izdelani s programskim orodjem EPLAN. Za programiranje krmilnika in realizacijo uporabniškega vmesnika je bil uporabljen Siemensov TIA Portal. Na koncu je sledilo snovanje sistema vodenja. Parametri regulatorjev so bili nastavljeni eksperimentalno, z odprto-zančno metodo in zaprto-zančno metodo. Za izračun parametrov regulatorja so bila uporabljena Ziegler-Nichols priporočila.

Secondary title: Control of laboratory hydraulic system with Web SCADA
Secondary abstract: The purpose of the assignment was to renovate the hydraulic system in the laboratory for process automation and to realize the user interface, through which the system would be managed remotely. The entire renovation project of the hydraulic system is covered by two masters works; each describing its subsystem. On the hydraulic system has so far been Moeller’s controller, which has been substituted by Siemens S7-1500. The renovation of the existing electrical plans has been realized with the software EPLAN. For the controller programming and the realization of the user interface has been used the Siemens TIA Portal. Finally a design of the control system followed. The parameters of the regulators have been set experimentally, with an open-loop method and a closed-loop method. To calculate the controller parameters have been used the Ziegler-Nichols recommendations.
