Abstract

V laboratoriju za procesno avtomatizacijo se nahaja hidravlični sistem, ki služi kot učni pripomoček pri predmetu Snovanje sistemov vodenja. Staro krmilno opremo smo nadomestili z novo, odpravili napake in izdelali nove programe za vodenje. Sistem je deljen na dva dela, ki sta predmet različnih magistrskih del, določeni deli pa se prepletajo. Mednje lahko štejemo zamenjavo krmilne opreme, odpravljanje napak sistema in načrtovanje ožičenja. V nadaljevanju je opisano načrtovanje regulatorjev nivoja vode v podsistemu 2, programiranje krmilnikov Moeller ter Siemens in izdelava SCADA-uporabniškega vmesnika. Magistrsko delo je izdelano kot obširno navodilo uporabnikom sistema. Projekt je zasnovan kot učni pripomoček študentom in omogoča enostavno in logično upravljanje sistema preko uporabniškega vmesnika. Sistem ponuja širok nabor možnih nalog in načinov regulacije, ki pa se lahko po potrebi tudi razširi z uporabo motornih pogonov ventilov med veznimi posodami in boljšim regulacijskim ventilom v podsistemu 2.

Secondary abstract: Laboratory for process automation contains a hydraulic system, which serves as a studying accessory for »Control systems design« subject. The old control equipment was replaced with a new one, system errors were eliminated and new controlling program was written. System is divided into two subsystems, which are seperately described in two masters degree works, and certain parts are common in both projects. These are controlling equipment replacing and wiring, system error eliminating and wiring designing. Further, the process of controller design and programming of Siemens and Moeller PLCs and SCADA system designing are described. This masters degree work is made as a detailed user's guide for system users. The project is designed as a studying accessory for students and allows easy and intuitive system controlling via SCADA HMI. System allows many ways of controlling and can be extended with additional actuators for ball-valves and better servo-driven valve in subsystem 2.
