Abstract

Zunanja oskrba (outsorcing) »ekonomski dejavnik« s pomočjo katerega naj bi podjetja dosegala boljše ekonomske učinke, postala konkurenčnejša in se osredotočila na svojo temeljno dejavnost, je v svetu in Sloveniji adut boljše gospodarske učinkovitosti, s tem pa tudi učinkovitega konkurenčnega položaja podjetja na trgu. Prenos določene poslovne aktivnosti, ki jo je doslej izvajalo podjetje z lastnimi viri na drugo podjetje, ki je specializirano za to dejavnost, ima lahko tako pozitivne kot negativne učinke. Uspešnost izvajanja zunanje storitve zavisi od najemnega razmerja, ki mora temeljiti na medsebojnem zaupanju in stremljenju k skupnemu cilju. Diplomska naloga obravnava možnosti uvedbe zunanje oskrbe v enem od elementov logističnega sistema, to je notranjem transportu pri različno prenesenih poslovnih prvinah skozi stroškovni vidik. V prvem delu diplomske naloge smo predstavili elemente logističnega sistema in njihov pomen v celovitem izvajanju logistične funkcije. Preko transporta, skladiščenja, manipulacije z blagom, zalog, toka informacij in kadrov smo predstavili elementarno delovanje logistike, v okviru nekega poslovnega subjekta. Nadaljevali smo z teoretično opredelitvijo zunanje oskrbe z razlogi in cilji za njeno uvedbo ter njene prednosti in slabosti. Drugi del diplomske naloge zajema predstavitev podjetja in njegovo organiziranost, proizvode in zunanje izvajanje v notranjem transportu. Skozi stroškovni vidik smo med seboj primerjali realne stroške že uvedenega izvajalca v notranjem transportu z možnimi drugimi alternativami, ki jih omogočajo različne prenesene poslovne prvine na najemnika. Za vsako alternativo smo predstavili prednosti in slabosti, ki jih prinaša izbranemu podjetju.

Secondary abstract:	Outsourcing – an economic factor by which a company should reach better economic performance, become more competitive and focus on its grassroots operation – is a trump card to better economic incidence and therefore effective competitive standing in the market in Slovenia and worldwide. Transferring a business activity that was so far carried out by the company’s own funds to some other company which specializes in this activity can have positive or negative consequences. The effectiveness of implementation depends on tenancy relationship which must be based upon mutual trust and efforts directed to the same aim. The theses discusses the possibilities of introducing outsourcing in one of the elements of logistics, the element being the interior transport in variously transported business activities through cost effectiveness aspect. In the first part of the diploma thesis we presented the elements of the logistics system and their importance in fully implementing the logistic functions. Through transport, stocking, manipulation with goods, stock, information flow and personnel we presented the elementary performance of logistics within a commercial entity. We then theoretically specified outsourcing by defining the reasons and objectives to introduce it and discussed its advantages and disadvantages. The second part of the thesis includes the presentation of a company and its structure, products and outsourcing in interior transit. Through cost effectiveness aspect we compared the real costs of the already engaged contractor to other possible alternatives. We also presented the advantages and disadvantages that each of the alternatives would face in case of being the winning tenderer.
