Abstract

V diplomski nalogi je predstavljen izziv podjetja z vodenjem projekta v tujini. Podjetje, ki se ukvarja z izvajanjem prezračevanja in klimatizacije, je zaradi slabih gospodarskih razmer primorano iskati priložnosti na tujih trgih. Prikazani so primer projektnega vodenja na tujem trgu, težave, s katerimi se pri tem sooča podjetje, in izzivi oz. izboljšave, ki bi lahko poenostavile celoten postopek. V teoretičnem delu so opisane značilnosti projektov, vodenja projektov in projektnega managementa ter postopki poslovanja projektno usmerjenih podjetij. V drugem delu diplomske naloge je opisan primer obravnavanega podjetja – kako se spopada s težavami na domačem trgu, ki so privedle tudi do tega, da se je usmerilo na nemški trg. Opisane so razlike med slovenskim in nemškim trgom v tej dejavnosti, težave z vodenjem projekta na nepoznanem trgu in način, kako je možno uspeti na tujem trgu. Opisani so postopki podjetja od priložnosti za vstop na tuji trg do priprave podjetja za poslovanje na tujem trgu in tudi konkretno vodenje projekta na tujem trgu. Prikazano je, kako je možno z dobro organizacijo podjetja priti do potrebnih informacij o določenem trgu, se nato dobro pripraviti za vstop na ta trg in biti pri tem tudi uspešen kljub nekaterim težavam in nepredvidenim situacijam.

Secondary abstract: The thesis presents project management abroad as a challenge of the company. The analysed company, which is engaged in providing ventilation and air-conditioning systems, is due to poor economic conditions forced to look for opportunities on foreign markets. Presented is an example of project management on a foreign market, problems faced by the company, and challenges or improvements, which could simplify the process. The theoretical part describes the characteristics of projects, project leading and project management and the business operation processes of project-oriented companies. The second part of the thesis describes the case on the analysed company – how it deals with problems on the domestic market, which have forced it to look for opportunities on the German market. Described are the differences between the Slovenian and German market in this industry, problems with project leading on an unfamiliar market and the way to succeed on a foreign market. Described are the company’s processes from opportunities to enter the foreign market to the preparations of the company to operate on a foreign market and concretely project leading on a foreign market. It is shown, how it is possible to acquire the necessary information about a specific market, prepare to enter this market and be successful despite some problems or unpredicted situation due to a good organization of the company.
