Abstract
S selitvijo proizvodnje v nove prostore in pridobitvijo novih generalnih kupcev se je v podjetju pokazal problem organiziranosti in sledenja proizvodnje.
V diplomski nalogi sem predstavila kako in s kakšnimi ukrepi smo dosegli princip vitke proizvodnje. Poglavitno v tem principu je skrajšanje nastavitvenih časov na strojih.
Diplomska naloga obsega teoretični in praktični del, ki je podprt z vzorčenjem. V teoretičnem delu so predstavljena temeljna načela vitke proizvodnje ter metode s katerimi smo dosegli naš cilj. Osredotočili smo se predvsem na metodo 5S in SMED.
Najprej smo naredili posnetek obstoječega stanja, nato pa smo začeli uvajati metodo 5S. Ta metoda zavzema pet poglavitnih korakov: sortiranje, ureditev, čiščenje, standardizacijo in ohranjanje pridobljenega stanja. S to metodo smo spremenili celoten izgled in potek operacij od skladiščenja surovin do odpreme končnega izdelka. Po uvajanju teh korakov smo pridobili osnovo za uvajanje SMED metode, ki je cilj naše naloge. Pri tem smo skušali čim več notranjih nalog pri nastavitvi stroja spremeniti v zunanje.
Z analizo tedenskih menjav in meritvami smo prišli do rezultatov iz katerih je razvidno, da so izboljšave prinesle velike prihranke.

The relocation to the new premises and the acquisition of new customers Generals in the company taking the problem of organization and production tracking. In this thesis, I presented how and by what measures we achieve the principle of lean production. The main principle in this is to reduce set-up times on the machines.
The thesis comprises theoretical and practical part, which is supported by sampling. The theoretical part presents the fundamental principles of lean manufacturing and the methods by which we achieve our goal. We focused mainly on the method of 5S and SMED. First, we take a picture of the existing situation, and then we started to introduce the method of 5S. This method takes the five main steps: sorting, organization, cleaning, standardizing and maintaining the acquired condition. With this method, we changed the overall appearance and conduct operations from the storage of raw materials to the dispatch of the finished product. After the introduction of these steps, we obtained a basis for the introduction of SMED method, which is the goal of our work. In doing so, we tried as many internal tasks when setting up the machine to change the external.
By analyzing changes weekly and measurements we come to results which showed that improvements deliver big savings. |
