Abstract

V današnjem času se srečujemo z vedno večjim napredkom in hitrimi spremembami. Podjetja dnevno propadajo, po drugi strani pa na trg dnevno vstopajo novi konkurenti. Zato mora biti podjetje vedno pripravljeno, da se prilagodi spremembam in ne zaostane za konkurenti. Kriza se lahko pojavi v vsakem podjetju, še hitreje pa se pojavi, če podjetje na njo ni pripravljeno in ne sledi spremembam v podjetju in okolici. Prvi del diplomskega dela je teoretičen, kjer smo opisali, kaj kriza je, kaj privede do nje in kakšne krize poznamo. Če ima podjetje dobro vodstvo, lahko marsikatero krizo prepreči ali vsaj ublaži njene posledice. V diplomskem delu smo opisali načine, ki podjetju pomagajo, da kriza ne nastopi v najhujši možni meri in da lahko podjetje krizo prepreči, še preden ta nastane. V nadaljevanju diplomske naloge smo predstavili možne izhode iz krize in tudi možne ukrepe pri obvladovanju in razrešitvi krize. Ukrepov in načinov je veliko, zato smo se v diplomi osredotočili le na nekatere. Seveda pa lahko vsako podjetje uporabi tudi več ukrepov naenkrat, da se čimprej in čim uspešneje reši iz krize. V zadnjem, praktičnem delu smo predstavili krizo v podjetju x. Opisali smo, kaj je bil vzrok za nastanek krize in kako so se v podjetju spopadli z njo. Podjetje je naredilo analizo notranjih vzrokov in diagnozo položaja v podjetju, da je ugotovilo, kaj bi bilo potrebno spremeniti. Podjetje je krizo sprejelo kot priložnost, saj se je zaradi nje bolj posvetilo svojemu delovanju in šibkim točkam, ki jih je nato s pomočjo zunanjega svetovalca – vodje kriznega tima in njegovimi nasveti poskušalo odpraviti, da bi še uspešneje poslovali kot pred krizo.

Secondary abstract: Nowadays we are meeting with faster and faster progress and quick changes. Companies change daily, while some go bankrupt others rise and new competition enters the market. This is why a company must always be ready to adjust to various changes so it does not fall behind its competitors. A crisis can happen in any company, but it happens even faster if a company is not ready for it and does not follow changes in the company and its surroundings. The first part of this thesis is theoretical, I have described what a crisis is, what leads to a crisis and what kinds of crisis we know of. We see, if we have good leadership in the company, many a crisis can be averted or at least we can soften the consequences. In my thesis I also describe what helps a company to avoid the worst crisis and also that we can end crisis before it occurs. Afterwards in my thesis I show possible exits out of a crisis and possible measures at containing and solving a crisis. There are various measures and ways to deal with a crisis, in my thesis I have focused on some of them. Every company can use several ways simultaneously to save itself from a crisis as fast and efficient as possible. In the last practical part of my thesis i showed a crisis in company x. I described what is guilty for the crisis arising and how the company dealt with it. The company made an analysis of the inner causes and a diagnosis of the situation in the company, to see what the required changes are. The company took the crisis as an opportunity, since it devoted itself to it's inner workings and weaknesses, which it later with the help of an outside consultant – crisis management team leader and his advice, also tried to rectify and do business even more succesfully than before.
