Primerjalna analiza učinkovitosti in uspešnosti podjetja Gorenje Surovina d.o.o. z dvema domačima in enim tujin konkurentom

Abstract

Z diplomsko nalogo smo naredili primerjalno analizo učinkovitosti in uspešnosti treh slovenskih podjetij, Gorenje Surovina d.o.o., Dinos d.d. in Odpad d.o.o., ter nemškega podjetja Scholz AG za obdobje šestih let (od leta 2008 do leta 2013) za slovenska podjetja ter za obdobje štirih let (od leta 2010 do leta 2013) za podjetje Scholz iz Nemčije. Ugotavljamo, da je kriza v letu 2009 negativno vplivala na poslovno in finančno uspešnost vseh proučevanih podjetij, vendar ne enako močno. Najbolj je prizadela podjetje Gorenje Surovina, ki je leto zaključilo z izgubo oziroma negativnim poslovnim izidom. V prihodnosti bo poslovanje proučevanih podjetij močno odvisno od razmer na trgu, ki se zadnja leta močno spreminjajo. S primerjalno analizo ugotavljamo, da je podjetje Gorenje Surovina konkurenčno podjetje v svoji branži. Predstavljene so prednosti in slabosti poslovanja, ki jih podjetje mora upoštevati, če želi uresničevati zastavljene cilje.

Secondary abstract:	In the diploma work we have made a comparative analysis of the effectivness and the performance of three Slovenian companies, Gorenje Surovina d.o.o., Dinos d.d., Odpad d.o.o. and one German company Scholz AG for the period of of six years (from 2008 to 2013) for Slovenian companies and for the period of four years for the German company (from 2010 to 2013). We have made a conclusion that the crisis in 2009 has negatively affected the bussines and financial performance of all studied companies, but not with the equal amount. The company that was the most affected was Gorenje Surovina d.o.o., it has finished the year with the negative profit. The future operations of the studied companies will depend on economic conditions in the market, which have been quite changeable in recent years. With the comparative analysis we are finding out, that the company Gorenje Surovina is the competitive company in its industry. Here are presented the advantages and disadvantages of the operation, which must be taken into account, if they want to accomplish their goals.
