Brezposelnost v zasavski regiji

Abstract

Zasavje je regija v osrednji Sloveniji, ki jo obdaja hribovit svet ob reki Savi. Zasavska regija je v preteklosti temeljila na premogovništvu in industriji, kar pa se je čez čas močno spremenilo. Žal smo bili zadnja leta priča zapiranju industrijskih podjetij, ki so nudila kruh mnogim družinam, vendar se stanje glede na beleženje registrirano brezposelnih oseb izboljšuje. Število brezposelnih se je v času pričetka gospodarske krize močno povečalo, mnogi posamezniki kot tudi celotne družine so se znašli na robu socialne stiske, kar je močno vplivalo tudi na celotno dogajanje v družbi. Tudi Zasavska regija je bila priča porastu brezposelnosti, mladi so bili primorani odhajati v prestolnico služit kruh, hkrati pa je še bolj pričelo propadati celotno gospodarstvo v regiji. Kot je bilo omenjeno, se stanje izboljšuje, saj kar se tiče registrirane brezposelnosi, žal pa občutnejše izboljšave v regiji na tem področju še ni občutiti. Naloga vključuje zbrane podatke za omenjena obdobja, njihovo primerjavo ter analizo anketnih vprašalnikov, ki so jih izpolnjevale brezposelne osebe, prijavljene na Zavodu RS za zaposlovanje (Območna služba Trbovlje) in bodo v pomoč pri razumevanju in spoznanju stanja brezposelnih oseb v tej regiji.

Secondary abstract:	Zasavje is a region in central Slovenia surrounded by a hilly landscape by the Sava River. In the past, Zasavje region was based on coal and industry, but this has changed drastically over time. Unfortunately, we have witnessed the closing of industrial companies which have provided bread for many families in recent years, but according to the recording of registered unemployed persons the situation is improving. The number of unemployed has risen sharply since the beginning of the economic crisis, many individuals as well as entire families have found themselves on the brink of social distress which has strongly affected the overall developments in society. Zasavje region has witnessed the rise of unemployment, young people have been forced to go to the capital to earn their bread, while the entire economy of the region began to decline even more. As mentioned, the situation is improving, at least in terms of unemployment; unfortunately, more significant improvements in this area have not been felt yet in the region. The thesis includes data collected for these periods, their comparison and analysis of questionnaires filled in by unemployed persons registered at the Employment Service of Slovenia (Regional service Trbovlje) and will assist in understanding and recognising the status of unemployed persons in the region.
