Abstract

V času velike tržne konkurence kateri so vse bolj izpostavljena podjetja, ki delujejo na odprtih globalnih trgih so le ta prisiljena iskati konkurenčne prednosti pred ostalimi podjetji. Nenehni tehnološki razvoj produkcijskih faktorjev je samo eden izmed vplivnih dejavnikov uspešnega delovanja podjetij. Sodobna literatura vse bolj poudarja ključne neizkoriščene potenciale in potrebo po dvigu učinkovitosti zaposlenih v podjetjih. Vrednote, ki so močan vplivni faktor ustvarjanja kulture, klime in etike podjetja močno doprinesejo k zavzetosti in sodelovanju zaposlenih, s tem pa k ustvarjanju delovnega okolja, ki je razvojno, inovativno in tržno naravnano. V nalogi se zato osredotočamo na preučevanje vrednot managerjev, ki ključno vplivajo na vzpostavljanje pogojev za doseganje omenjene klime in so vir spodbud in usmerjanja v ključnih odločitvenih trenutkih podjetja. S pomembnejšimi teorijami vodenja smo opredelili vlogo vodenja v managementu. Temu sledi pregled pomembnejših vodstvenih modelov in stilov vodenja. Bolj detajlno se osredotočamo na vlogo, pomen in oblikovanje vrednot organizacije in posameznika. Z empiričnim delom raziskave smo pridobili odgovore na raziskovalna vprašanja povezana s proučevanjem vpliva vrednot managerjev na vodenje podjetij in hipotez usmerjenih v preverjanje povezanosti vrednot in načina vodenja managerjev. Naloga predstavlja možno podlago za nadaljnje raziskovanje povezanosti med sodobnimi vrednotami in uspešnostjo delovanja podjetij v Sloveniji.

Secondary abstract: In times of great competition to which modern companies in the global market are increasingly exposed force them to seek a competitive advantage over other companies. Continuous technological development of production factors is just one of the influential factors of successful operation of enterprises. Modern literature increasingly emphasizes the key untapped potential and the need to raise the efficiency of employees in enterprises. Values are a powerful factor influencing the creation of culture, climate and ethics of companies and also will contribute significantly to the commitment and cooperation of employees, thereby creating a working environment that is developmental, innovative and market-oriented. The paper therefore focuses on the study of values, managers have and which has a major impact on the creation of conditions for achieving these climate and are therefore a source of encouragement and guidance in key decision-making moments in businesses. T With the most important theories of leadership, we define the role of leadership in management. We continue by an overview of the most important leadership models and leadership styles. A more detailed focus is on the role and importance of development of individual values the and the values of the organization. In the empirical part of the research we have obtained answers to research questions related to the study of the impact of the values of managers in corporate governance and hypotheses aimed at verifying relation between values and leadership style of managers. The project represents a possible basis for further exploration of the relationship between modern values and the success of the operation of businesses in Slovenia
