Abstract

Danes je proizvodnja in prodaja naftnih derivatov v svetu pod velikim pritiskom. Na eni strani gre za države, kjer na primer aktivno posegajo v lastniško strukturo, pa tudi podržavljajo pomembna naftna podjetja v državi, kot je to na primer v Rusiji, Braziliji, Venezueli. Na drugi strani imamo države, ki s svojimi administrativnimi ukrepi, namesto da bi spodbujale konkurenčnost, posegajo na področje določanja maloprodajnih cen, kot je to v Sloveniji. K vsemu temu pa lahko dodamo še izredno nestabilne razmere v zadnjem obdobju. Samo poglejmo, kaj se dogaja s ceno nafte na svetovnih borzah in v kakšen prepad je zdrvela v zadnjem letu dni. Ne smemo tudi pozabiti različnih dajatev, davkov, trošarin, taks, okoljskih dajatev, ki so v državah dodane na osnovno nabavno ceno. Za vse države je značilno, da vidijo v tej panogi prikladen način za polnjenje svojih proračunov. Podjetje moramo zato danes obravnavati kot odprt sistem, ki je sposobno tekmovati v danem okolju s konkurenco in je družbeno odgovorno. Brez temeljite poslovne analize si je težko predstavljati učinkovito in uspešno delovanje in obnašanje podjetja, zato je analiza na osnovi kazalnikov v okviru celovite poslovne analize lahko dober instrument presojanja učinkovitosti in uspešnosti podjetja v danem okolju. Za proučevanje družbe X d.o.o. in njeno primerjavo z družbo Eni Slovenija, d.o.o. ter s povprečjem panoge sem se odločil, da ugotovim, ali je mogoče v Sloveniji, ki je relativno zaprta na področju prodaje naftnih derivatov, saj so cene regulirane s strani države in pa trg s 60 % tržnim deležem obvladuje en sam ponudnik, uspeti in se normalno razvijati v prihodnosti. To bo pokazala predvsem primerjava s konkurentom, ki je prav tako eden izmed manjših ponudnikov na tem področju in deluje zadnjih 20 let v Sloveniji. Proučevanje bo temeljilo predvsem na osnovi pridobljenega znanja v okviru učnega procesa, na osnovi javno dostopnih podatkov, strokovne literature za to področje in na osnovi lastnega razmišljanja ob dobljenih rezultatih proučevanja.

Secondary abstract: Today, the production and sale of petroleum products in the world under great pressure. On the one hand, there are countries where, for example, actively interfere in the ownership structure, as well as important oil companies in the country, as is the case in Russia, Brazil and Venezuela. On the other hand we have countries with their administrative measures, rather than to promote the competitiveness interfere with the scope of determining retail prices as in Slovenia. To all this we can add the extremely unstable situation in the last period. Just look at what is happening with the price of oil on world markets and in what gap to score in the last year. Keep in mind the different duties, taxes, excise taxes, environmental taxes, which are the countries added to the base cost. For all countries it is typical to see in this industry a convenient way to charge their budgets. The company therefore needed today regarded as an open system, which is able to compete in a given environment and is socialliy responsible. Without a thorough business analysis it is difficult to imagine an efficient and effective operation and behavior of the company and therefore the analysis based on the indicators in the context of a comprehensive business analysis can be a good instrument assessing the effectiveness and performance of companies in a given environment. For the study of X d. o. o. and its correlation with ENI Slovenia, l.l.c. and the average of the industry, I decided to find out whether it is possible in Slovenia, which is relatively closed in the sale of petroleum products, as prices are regulated by the state, and while the market with 60% market share controlled by a single provider to succeed and be normal develop in the future. It will be shown especially by comparison to competitors, which is also one of the smaller providers in this field and operates the last 20 years in Slovenia. Studying will thoroughly primarily on the basis of the knowledge acquired in the context of the learning process, based on publicly available data, the scientific literature in this field and on the basis of their own thoughts on the results obtained studying.
