Abstract

Predmet analize diplomskega dela je širitev ponudbe sezonskih turističnih kapacitet. Predstaviti želimo delovanje turističnega centra Kope, za katerega so značilne močne sezonske variacije. Da bi zagotovili celoletno delovanje, je potrebno določiti aktivnosti oziroma vsebine, ki bodo privlačile goste tudi izven obdobja sezone, te aktivnosti pa je potrebno tudi primerno tržiti. Koncept širitve ponudbe sezonskih turističnih kapacitet smo opredelili na teoretični ravni in predstavili pomen turizma in značilnosti turističnega trga. Podrobno smo predstavili bistvo marketinga v turizmu in posebnosti njihovega marketinškega spleta. V nadaljevanju smo predstavili turistični center Kope in zanj izdelali marketinški splet. Podrobneje smo opredelili njihovo cenovno politiko in izvedli analizo poslovanja ter ugotovili, kako je trženjski načrt oglaševanja vplival na zimsko sezono. Na podlagi ugotovitev smo podali predloge, ki bi pripomogli k večji izrabi namestitvenih zmogljivosti v času izven sezone, v času sezone pa bi bil njihov izkoristek maksimalen.

Secondary abstract: The subject of the analysis of the thesis is spreading the offer of the seasonal touristic capacities. By the thesis we wish to present the activity of the touristic center Kope, which strong seasonal variations are typical for. In order to ensure the operations for the entire year, it is necessary to determine the activities i.e. the contents that will attract the guests also outside of the seasonal period. These activities must be also marketed appropriately. The concept of the expansion of the offer of the seasonal touristic capacities was first determined on the theoretical level and the significance of tourism as well as the characteristics of the touristic market was presented. We presented the essence of marketing in tourism and the peculiarities of their marketing web. Further, we presented the touristic center Kope and create a marketing web for it. We defined their pricing policies more thoroughly and exercised the analysis of conducting business and discovered how the marketing plan of advertising influenced the winter season. On the basis of the ascertainments we gave the proposals that would help to greater employment of accommodation capacities in time outside of the season; in time of the season their utilization rate would be maximal.
