Abstract

Kakovost obdelanih površin orodnih elementov v orodjarstvu je zelo velikega pomena za učinkovito in uspešno gradnjo orodij. Zmeraj večja uporaba visoko trdnostnih pločevin, aluminijevih zlitin, titana in ostalih materialov, z namenom nižanja mase avtomobilov, zahtevajo od orodjarjev visoko kvalitetna orodja. V diplomskem delu smo želeli ugotoviti, kako in koliko vplivajo obdelovalni parametri na kakovost obdelane površine. Želeli smo tudi preveriti, če so predpisani parametri proizvajalca rezalnih orodij OSG Coorporation primernejši za našo proizvodnjo, ali še naprej uporabljati parametre, po katerih delamo.

Secondary abstract: : Quality of surface finish of tool’s elements in tool workshop is very important for effective and efficient tool construction. More and more use of high-strength steel sheet plates, aluminium alloys, titanium and other materials in order to lower cars mass required more and more high-quality cutting tools. In this diploma thesis we wanted to find out the connection between cutting parameters and quality of machined surface finish. After first experiments and acquired results we want to find out if there is the discrepancy between the prescribed cutting parameters given by the OSG Corporation and the actual parameters, which are in use in our company.
