Abstract

Diplomsko delo obravnava sanacijo toplotnega ovoja stavbe Poklicne gasilske enote Krško. Najprej smo izvedli analizo objekta, ki ima energetsko potraten toplotni ovoj. Na osnovi rezultatov so izbrani ustrezni ukrepi za sanacijo (nova fasada, menjava oken, izolacija podstrešja,…), ki zmanjšujejo porabo energije in zadostijo zahtevam Pravilnika o učinkoviti rabi energije v stavbah in tehnični smernici TSG1-1-004:2010 - Učinkovita raba energije. Končni rezultat diplomskega dela je prikaz razlike energetskih kazalcev objekta pred in po sanaciji ter analiza učinkovitosti posameznih ukrepov.

Secondary abstract:	In diploma thesis the energy efficiency rehabilitation of the fire department Krško building is considered. We have preformed the analysis of the object that has energy-inefficient thermal envelope. Based on the results of the analysis we selected the appropriate measures for rehabilitation (new facade, change of windows, isolation of the attic), which reduce the energy consumption and satisfy the requirements of the Slovenian legislation. Finally, the differences of energy indicators of the building before and after energy efficiency rehabilitation as well as performance analysis of individual measures are shown.
