Abstract

Diplomsko delo obravnava carinski postopek pri uvozu blaga, poudarek je na postopku 42. V teoretičnem delu naloge se zaradi lažjega pregleda opisujejo carinski postopki in njihove sestavine. Proučijo se listine, ki se uporabljajo pri teh postopkih. V praktičnem delu se opiše postopek in v nalogi je bil raziskan in ugotovljen finančni vidik carinskega postopka 42 glede na uvoznika carinjenja in s strani posrednika carinjenja-špediterja. Uporaba postopka 42 za uvoznika prinaša zmanjšanje stroškov carinjenja, večjo hitrost poslovanja, fleksibilnost in konkurenčno prednost pred ostalimi podjetji, ugled pri tujih partnerjih. Podobni zaključki prinašajo prav tako tudi carinskemu posredniku- špediterju.

Secondary abstract: Abstract A thesis considers customs procedure at import of merchandise that emphases procedure 42. For a better understanding of the concept, in theoretical part the customs trials and their ingredients are being described. Documents that are used for these procedures are examined. Within practical work the whole procedure is being described. In thesis, financial aspect of costumes procedure 42 are examined and determined considering the importer of custom clearance and the mediator of customs clearance-forwarder. The use of procedure 42 for an importer brings reduction of costs custom clearance, extensive rate of business, adjustability and competitive advantage among remaining companies and reputation at foreign partners. Similar conclusion are made in order to costumes mediator – forwarder.
