Integracija podatkov v Microsoft Dynamics CRM z orodjem Scribe Insight

Abstract

Uporabniki v podjetjih, predvsem v podpornih službah, imajo redko na voljo en informacijski sistem, v katerem bi imeli celovit pogled na stranko. Iz tega razloga so sistemi za upravljanje s strankami (CRM) skoraj vedno povezani z zalednim transakcijskim sistemom, kar predstavlja tako vsebinske, kot tehnične izzive v obliki integracije podatkov. Microsoft Dynamics CRM in Microsoft Dynamics AX prihajata iz iste produktne družine, vendar za povezovanje obeh sistemov nimamo na voljo standardnega orodja. S skupkom standardnih tehnologij in orodij smo vzpostavili zanesljivo integracijo podatkov med obema sistemoma in na ta način omogočil bolj učinkovito delo uporabnikov sistema CRM.

Secondary abstract:	Users, particulary in support services, rearly have a single information sistem that would allow them a complete customer overview. For this reason, customer relationship management systems (CRM) are almost always connected to transactional information system. This connection often represent numerous business and technical challanges in the form of data integration. Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Microsoft Dynamics AX are both coming from the same product family but are lacking a standard system that would allow us to connect them. Using numerous standard technologies and tools, we connected these systems with a reliable data integration and in such a way enable a more efficent work of CRM users.
