Gospodarjenje z zalogami - na primeru podjetja X

Abstract

Vsako proizvodno podjetje se mora zavedati, da je uspešnost njegovega poslovanja odvisna tudi od gospodarjenja z zalogami. Znotraj proizvodnega procesa se pojavijo številna vprašanja, kako najbolj učinkovito ravnati z njimi, saj različne vrste zalog, ki jih lahko drži podjetje, ne povzročajo le materialnih stroškov, ampak tudi organizacijske stroške in stroške financiranja. Učinkovito vodenje in oblikovanje zalog vpliva na dober finančni izid. Diplomsko delo v teoretičnem delu zajema splošne teoretične opredelitve. Prikazani so kazalniki, različne oblike obvladovanja in vodenja zalog, možni načini financiranja ter različne vrste stroškov zalog. Primeren informacijski sistem je nepogrešljiv v poslovanju podjetja, saj omogoča natančno in tekoče spremljanje vseh procesov v podjetju, zato je v nalogi govora tudi o tem. Predstavljeno Podjetje X deluje v kovinski industriji. Način njegovega poslovanja je zelo kompleksen in finančno zahteven. Osnovna surovina predstavlja velik finančni zalogaj, zato je upravljanje zaloge le-te strateškega pomena. Veliko vlogo pri gospodarjenju z zalogami v Podjetju X ima njihov lastni informacijski sistem.

Secondary abstract:	Each production company has to be aware that the success of its business also depends on stock management. Many questions about the most effective handling of stock occur within the production process because different stock types the company holds cause not only material costs but also organisational costs and financial costs. Effective management and shaping of stock affects the financial outcome. In the theoretical part, the dissertation includes general theoretical definitions and management ways of stock. Indicators and possible analytical forms, possible ways of stock financing, and different cost expenses are shown. An appropriate informational system is indispensable for the company’s business because it enables accurate and fluent control of all company processes – and that is the reason for the discussion about this topic in my dissertation. The introduced company X is active in the metallic industry. Its business is complex and financially demanding. The basic raw material is financially too much for the company to handle, which is why its managing is of strategic importance. An important role in stock management of the Company X plays its informational system.
