Abstract

V diplomskem delu opisujemo avtomatizacijo enodružinske stanovanjske hiše, v kateri je inštalirana klasična inštalacija. Namen avtomatizacije je povečanje energetske učinkovitosti, varnosti in uporabnikovega udobja oziroma predstavitev možnosti in omejitev sodobne avtomatizacije stavb ob upoštevanju prihajajočih IOT (internet of things – internet stvari) tehnologij. Prav tako pomembno je s stališča analize zahtev in možnih rešitev potrebno poiskati najboljši kompromis med stroški in rešitvami ob upoštevanju zahteve po vzporednem in neodvisnem ročnem (redundantnem) krmiljenju posameznih porabnikov. Poleg izbire opreme skušamo v diplomskem delu realno opredeliti tudi prihranke (povečanje energetske učinkovitosti) avtomatizirane zgradbe v primerjavi s klasično inštalacijo. S pričujočim projektom smo se seznanili v podjetju v katerem smo zaposleni. Menimo, da bomo lahko projekt oziroma njegove dele uporabili tudi v bodoče. Diplomsko delo opisuje možne rešitve projektne naloge, razpoložljive tehnologije, izbiro opreme in argumentacijo izbrane rešitve. Nekaj prostora je namenjenega tudi ekonomski evaluaciji rešitve in preprostem izračunu dobe vračila investicije oziroma ekonomski presoji smiselnosti same investicije. Sodoben dom bo prav tako kot svet okrog nas najverjetneje vedno bolj avtonomen in povezan s širšim življenjskim in delovnim okoljem

Secondary abstract: In this thesis we are describing the automation of a one-family residental house, that has a conventional installation. The purpose of the automation is to increase the energy efficiency, safety and comfort of the user, or the presentation of the possibilities and limitations of modern building automation, taking into account the upcoming IOT technology. It is also important that, from the analysis viewpoint of requirements and potential solutions, we find the best compromise between cost and solutions, taking into account the requirement of a parallel and independent manual (redundant) control of individual consumers. In addition, to the selection of equipment, we are trying to define real savings (increasing energy efficiency) of the automated structure compared with a conventional installation. We have been acquainted with this upcoming project by the company we work in. We believe that we'll be able to use this project, or it's parts, in the future. The thesis describes the possible solutions to this project, available technology, equipment selection and the argumentation of the chosen solution. Some space is also being devoted to the economic evaluation of the solution and a simple calculation of the period in which the investment must be paid back, or the economic assessment of the reasonableness of the investment itself. The modern home, as well as the world around us, is increasingly becoming autonomous and integrated into the broader living and working environment.
