Abstract
V avtomobilski industriji se že od vsega začetka uporabljajo razna orodja za sistemsko reševanje problemov. Z leti so se razvijala različna orodja, prav tako tudi standardi in zahteve avtomobilskih proizvajalcev. Podjetja so zaradi svoje konkurenčnosti na trgu bila prisiljena upoštevati vse smernice, ki so se pojavile v avtomobilski industriji. Zahteve po sistematiki reševanja problemov izhajajo iz zahtev kupcev, še večji poudarek pa je na zahtevah standarda.
Podjetje odelo Slovenija je ponosen lastnik certifikatov ISO 9001 in ISO TS 16949. S tem podjetje dokazuje, da je sposobno izvajati vse procese v skladu z zahtevami avtomobilske industrije. Podjetje spada v skupino velikih podjetij in je še vedno v rasti in razvoju. Zato se zgodi, da se problemi ne rešujejo sistemsko. Ker se podjetje tega zaveda, sproti nadgrajuje orodja, ki so potrebna za reševanje problemov. Najpomembnejše pa je seveda pravočasno obveščanje in reševanje problemov. V podjetju je temeljna metoda za reševanje problemov metoda PDCA, kjer je zajetih več različnih metod. Na osnovi primera bom predstavila tudi postopek reševanja problema.
Ker je v podjetju pomembno mnenje zaposlenih, sem pripravila anketo za ugotavljanje poznavanja sistemskih orodij in vključevanja v reševanje problematike.

From the very beginning in the automotive industry various tools for problem solving were used. Over the years, a variety of tools has developed, as well as the standards and requirements of automotive manufacturers. Companies, due to their competitiveness in the market, were forced to take into account any guidelines for problem solving that have emerged in the automotive industry. Due to arising customer requirements for the systematization of problem solving many more came from the requirements of the standards.
The company odelo Slovenia is proud owner of the ISO 9001 and ISO TS 16949 standards. With it, company proves that it is capable of carrying out all processes in accordance with the requirements of the automotive industry. It is a large company and it is still in the growth and development. Therefore, it happens that problems are not solved systematically. Since the company is aware of the problem, its mission is to constantly upgrade tools that are in need to solve problems. Most important, of course, is on-time communication and problem solving. The company’s basic method for problem solving is PDCA method, which combines several different methods. With example I will present the process of problem solving.
Since the company highly values its employee opinion, I have prepared a survey to determine the knowledge of system tools and integration of employee to solve the problem. |
