Abstract
Pisalo se je leto 2009, ko se je začela kriza v avtomobilski industriji, vendar je bil to šele začetek krize, ki je »udarila« po vsem svetu. Prodaja avtomobilov je začela upadati, temu pa so sledile tudi druge industrije po svetu. Na udaru so bila tudi slovenska podjetja.Na udaru so bila tudi slovenska podjetja. Eno izmed teh podjetij je bilo odelo Slovenija d.o.o., ki je imelo na izbiro dve možnosti, kako se najbolje izogniti krizi. Ali se odloči za najboljšo in najbolj učinkovito kratkoročno rešitev in začne odpuščati delavce na veliko ter zmanjša obseg proizvodnje ali pa še enkrat preuči svoje stroške in poišče načine, kako bi jih lahko zmanjšali.
Našli so pot, ki je obetala veliko, hkrati pa je zahtevala veliko učenja na novo in vpeljevanja novih metod, za kateredo takrat še niso slišali, kaj šele poznali. Ena takih metod je bila implementacija CIP-a (Capital Improvement Plan).

It was 2009 when the global crisis stroked. The sell of new cars punched in to a dead stop. Worldwide crisis was knocking on the door. Company faced unique challenge to preserved working force as much they can. The whole sale solution has to be implemented and company compass has to be rearranged.
The solution was to implement the whole CIP (Capital Improvement Plan) into the core of the company. We are representing the effort of one department in the entire company structure.
Why? Because in Europe is never have been done before. Tooking the CIP into the loop zoom we discovered that it could be an imperative partner regarding cost reduction and investment plan for the future, if correctly implemented into the core of the company |
