Abstract

V diplomskem delu se bomo seznanili s potekom uvajanja varnosti na strojih. Kako je soočanje z nesrečami povzročilo razvoj standardov, ki so narekovali ukrepe za udejanjanje varnega stroja. Predstavili bomo nekaj ključnih standardov, varnostnih direktiv in postopke prepoznavanja nevarnosti. Pogledali in opisali bomo vrste varnostnih mehanizmov, ter kako smo si s pomočjo iznajdb in spoznanj naravnih zakonitostih razvili senzorske naprave, ki so nam pomagale lajšati delo, in ustvariti varno delovno okolje. Prav tako bodo predstavljeni preprostejši in kompleksnejši ukrepi, ki so omogočali avtomatično prisotnost varovanja, povsod tam kjer je drugače človek zaradi svoje omejenosti lahko povzročil škodo sebi ali stroju. Uvodoma je podan kratek pregled evolucije nameščanja različnih vrst varoval oz. varnostnih ukrepov na različnih strojih in napravah, ter prikazani primeri vzpostavitve varnostnih zahtev, od prvotnih rešitev pa vse do sodobnih, ki se danes uporabljajo na modernih obratovalnih celicah. Osnovni stroj je bil tako nadgrajen s polavtomatskimi in avtomatskimi sistemi za nadzor in izvedbo delovnih procesov. Pri tem bodo opisani glavni razlogi za implementacijo varoval ter posledice vzpostavitve takšnih pogojev. Iz nabora predstavljenih rešitev izvedbe varoval in principov varovanja bomo izbrali elemente, ki jih bomo zasnovali v nov izdelek, ki bo predstavljal obdelovalno celico z izbranimi varnostnimi zahtevami in bodo koherentno povezani v delujoč model. Ta model bo analiziran za morebitne izboljšave v primeru nezadovoljive stopnje varnosti. Secondary title: Proper application and usage of safty devices on machine tools
Secondary abstract: In this thesis, we will learn about the progress of implementing security on machine tools. How facing disasters caused development of standards that dictated needed measures for implementation of a secured machine. We will present some key standards, safety directives and hazard identification process. We will present and describe kinds of security mechanisms, and how we're using the inventions and knowledge of natural laws in sensor devices, which have helped us facilitate work and create a safe working environment. We will also present simple and more complex safety devices, which enabled automatic presence of security everywhere where man would otherwise because of self-limitations, cause injury to self or machine. At the outset, we will give a brief overview of the evolution of installing various kinds of safeguards or security measures that were implemented on different machines and devices, and give examples of establishing safety requirements, from the initial solutions to modern ones, that are used in the modern operating cell. This way the basic machine was upgraded to semi-automatic and automatic systems for the control and execution of work processes. We will describe the main reasons for the implementation of safeguards, and the consequences of establishing such conditions. From the set of the solutions presented the implementation of safeguards and protection principles we choose the elements with which we designed a new product, which will form the machining cell with a selected safety requirements and will be integrated into a coherent operational model. This model will be analysed for potential improvement in the case of an unsatisfactory level of security. We will present and describe kinds of security mechanisms, and how we're using the inventions and knowledge of natural laws in sensor devices, which have helped us facilitate work and create a safe working environment.
