Abstract

Franšizing je skozi leta razvoja postajal ena izmed najbolj priljubljenih oblik poslovanja podjetja, saj mu omogoča hitro rast in pokritje več trgov. Ravno zaradi prodaje že dodelanega poslovnega modela ta posamezniku omogoči lažji in manj tvegan vstop na trg. V diplomskem projektu se osredotočimo na osnovne pojme franšizinga, njegovo zgodovino in možnosti le-tega v Sloveniji. Razčlenimo franšizne sisteme glede na njegovo mesto v proizvodno prodajni verigi in glede na njegovo dejavnost. Poglobimo se v franšizing z vidika podjetniške priložnosti, torej kakšna je razlika med samostojnim podjetnikom in franšizijem oz. jemalcem franšize, kakšen je finančni vidik tako za franšizorja kot za franšizija ter kakšne so prednosti in slabosti takšne vrste poslovanja. V praktičnem delu diplomskega projekta se osredotočimo na podjetje Tomas Sport 2, d. o. o., in na njegove začetke franšiznega poslovanja. Izvedemo tudi intervjuje s kupci franšizne poslovalnice Tomas Sport Ptuj in ugotavljamo njihovo zadovoljstvo od nakupu.

Secondary abstract: Over the years franchising became one of the most popular forms of bussiness enterprise because of its ability of rapid growth of the company and coverage of markets. With selling the complete bussines model to a potencial bussiness partner they provide him less risky entrance to the market. In this diploma project I focused on the basic concepts of franchising, its history and possibilities in Slovenija. Further I analysed franchise systems in term of their place in the production - sales chain and therm of their activities. Then I focused on bussines opportunities which we can find in franchising, financial aspect for both (franchiser and franchisee) and what are advantages and disadvantages for this type of bussines. In the empirical part I focused on the company Tomas Sport 2, d. o. o. and their entry into the franchise bussiness. I also interviewed some costumers of the franchise store that Tomas Sport has in Ptuj and I tried to find out their satisfaction with the purchase.
