Abstract

V diplomskem delu predstavljamo nabavno strategijo podjetja Okrepčevalnica istrska klet Slavček ter se pri tem osredotočamo na izbiro in ocenjevanje dobaviteljev. Skozi analizo nabavne strategije na osnovi teorije strateškega načrtovanja ugotavljamo, da se proces izbire in ocenjevanja dobaviteljev loči glede na to, ali izbiramo in ocenjujemo distributerje, pri katerih podjetje nabavlja manj pomembne surovine za proizvodnjo, ali pa ocenjujemo proizvajalce, pri katerih podjetje nabavlja bistvene surovine za svojo prehransko proizvodnjo. Tako strategija iskanja virov kot strategija iskanja in izbiranja dobaviteljev sta v primeru distributerjev racionalizirana, medtem ko procesu iskanja virov ter izbiranja proizvajalcev podjetje posveti več sredstev. Nabavna strategija podjetja pri tem temelji na dolgoletnih izkušnjah, zato je utečena in utemeljena v praksi, ponuja pa še prostor za optimizacijo zlasti na področju iskanja in izbiranja proizvajalcev. Pristop iskanja in izbiranja proizvajalcev v podjetju ni podprt z računalniškim sistemom, ki bi proces sistematiziral in morda prinesel pozitivne učinke v obliki racionalizacije procesov.

Secondary abstract: In the thesis we represent the supply management strategy of the company Okrepčevalnica istrska klet Slavček and in doing so we a focus on the selection and evaluation process of suppliers. Through the analysis of the supply management strategy based on the theory of strategic planning we find that the process of selection and evaluation of suppliers distinguish between distributors, who supply less important raw material, and manufacturers, who supply essential raw materials for the food production. The strategy of seeking supply sources and the selection of suppliers in the case of distributors is rationalized, while the company devotes more resources to the process of sourcing and selecting the manufacturers. The supply management strategy of the company is based on many years of experience, so it is very well established in practice, but offering room for optimization in particular in the field of searching and selection of manufacturers. Also, the selection process is not supported by a computer system, which may systematize the process and bring positive effects in the form of process rationalization.
