Abstract

Pri poslovanju je čedalje pomembnejša hitrost pretoka podatkov ter njihovo enostavnejše vključevanje v poslovne procese, zato postaja elektronsko poslovanje poglavitna oblika poslovanja v vseh organizacijah. Omejili smo se na proučevanje elektronskega poslovanja v računovodstvu občin, zato smo najprej proučili javni sektor, katerega del je občina, nato pa še elektronsko poslovanje v računovodstvu. V drugem delu naloge smo proučili in nato primerjali elektronsko poslovanje v računovodstvu dveh občin. Ugotovili smo, da elektronsko poslovanje v računovodsko službo občin prinaša vrsto prednosti in omogoča nove možnosti za povezovanje s poslovnimi partnerji in vladnimi organizacijami, predvsem pa med samimi zaposlenimi v občini. Ugotovili smo, da občini uporabljata primerne računalniške programe, vendar obstaja razlika v elektronskem poslovanju računovodstva občin, saj ima Občina Žalec osrednji računalniški sistem, ki se povezuje z ostalimi programskimi rešitvami, med njimi tudi z računovodskimi. To Občini Žalec omogoča, da ima pravo informacijo ob pravem času, kadar koli in kjer koli.

Secondary abstract: Dataflow and its easier integration into the business process is becoming more important, therefore, electronic commerce in business is becoming the main form of business in all organisations. We limited the study of electronic commerce in the accounting of municipalities, therefore, we first examined the public sector, part of which is the municipality, and then the electronic commerce in accounting. In the second part we studied and then compared the electronic transactions in the accounting of the two municipalities. We have found that the electronic commerce in the accounting department of the municipalities brings a series of advanteges and offers new options for connecting with business partners and governmental organisations, and especially between the employees in the municipality. We found that the municipalities use appropriate computer programs, but there is a difference in the electronic commerce of the accounting of the municipalities, because the municipality of Žalec has a central computer system, which connects with other software solutions, including accounting solutions. That is why the municipality of Žalec has the right information at the right time, anytime and anywhere.
