Abstract

Namen diplomske naloge je bil ugotoviti, ali učitelji smučanja poznajo didaktične pripomočke, ki se uporabljajo pri učenju smučanja. Zanimalo nas je, ali so učiteljem didaktični pripomočki na voljo in ali jih uporabljajo pri svojem delu. V teoretičnem delu smo poleg didaktičnih pripomočkov obravnavali tudi gibalni razvoj otrok, didaktične osnove učenja smučanja, igro, vlogo učitelja in zakonodajo. V empiričnem delu so predstavljeni rezultati raziskave, ki smo jih pridobili s pomočjo anketnega vprašalnika. Vzorec je obsegal 59 učiteljev smučanja, ki smučanje učijo na različnih slovenskih smučiščih. Pri raziskovalnem delu smo uporabili kombinacijo deskriptivne in kavzalno-neeksperimentalne metode pedagoškega raziskovanja. Z raziskavo smo ugotovili, da so učiteljem smučanja didaktični pripomočki na voljo, njihova uporaba se jim zdi smiselna in jih uporabljajo pri učenju smučanja. Učitelji smučanja sicer ne dobijo dovolj teoretičnih in praktičnih znanj o uporabi didaktičnih pripomočkov na kadrovskih tečajih, njihove uporabe se naučijo med aktivnim poučevanjem smučanja. Didaktične pripomočke učitelji smučanja uporabljajo tudi za postavljanje poligonov. Zakonodajo, ki ureja področje postavljanja poligonov in uporabe didaktičnih pripomočkov, pozna le dobra polovica anketiranih učiteljev smučanja. Zakonske omejitve o uporabi didaktičnih pripomočkov in postavljanju poligonov pa učiteljev ne ovirajo in omejujejo pri njihovem delu.

Secondary title: USE OF DIDACTICAL TOOLS FOR SKI TEACHING
Secondary abstract: The purpose of this diploma thesis was to determine whether skiing instructors are familiar with didactical tools that are used with ski teaching. We also wanted to learn if didactical tools are available to skiing teachers and if they use them in their work. The theoretical part covered not only the didactical tools but children's motor development, didactic basics of ski teaching, games, the teacher's role as well as the legislation. The empirical part, however, focused on displaying the results of the research which were obtained with the help of questionnaires. The sample consisted of 59 ski teachers from various Slovene ski resorts. The descriptive and causal nonexperimental research methods were used during the research work. Data showed that didactical instruments are indeed available to ski instructors, their use is considered useful and that they are used with ski teaching. Although ski instructors do not obtain sufficient theoretical and practical knowledge regarding didactical instruments with human resource courses they do learn these skills in practise during active ski teaching. Ski instructors also use didactical tools when setting up ski-training tracks. Less than half of the interviewed instructors were familiar with the legislation which manages the creation of ski-training tracks and use of didactical tools. Legal restrictions regarding the use of didactical tools and creation of ski-training tracks proved not to be a limitation during their work.
