Izvajanje računovodstva preko oblačnih storitev na primeru majhnega podjetja

Abstract

Diplomsko delo obravnava analizo izvajanja spletnega računovodstva v majhnem podjetju z lastno računovodsko službo. V nalogi smo predstavili pojem računovodstvo, naloge računovodske službe za uspešno izvajanje računovodstva in pojem oblačne storitve. Preučili smo ponudbo na trgu e-računovodstva, analizirali in primerjali zahteve za izvajanje računovodskih nalog. Ugotovili smo, da so spletni programi narejeni z namenom olajšati poslovanje podjetnikom, ponujajo boljšo preglednost poslovanja. Podatki so hitro dostopni in natančni. Z odločitvijo, da bomo uporabljali e-računovodstvo oziroma oblačne storitve smo v mozaik ohranjanja narave vložili svoj kamenček. Ugotavljamo, da zraven ohranjanja narave in lažje ter hitrejše dostopnosti podatkov pridobimo tudi na stroškovnem vidiku poslovanja podjetja.

Secondary abstract:	The thesis discusses the analysis of implementing online accountancy at a small company with an in-house accountancy department. Within the thesis the terms accountancy, tasks of an accountancy department for an adequate bookkeeping and the term cloud services are defined. We researched the offers for e-accountancy, analised and compared the requirements for the implementation of accountancy tasks. It was established that web-based software, which is aimed to facilitate business operation for entrepreneurs, offers a better overview. The data is quickly accessible and accurate. With the decision to use e-accountancy, i.e. cloud services, we contributed to the preservation of our nature. Therefore, we conclude that besides environmental issues further benefites are faster data accessibility and cost efficiency for business operation.
