Abstract

V diplomskem delu je predstavljen postopek, kako se lotiti izdelave in oblikovanja spletnega portala po meri vzorca uporabnikov. Naš cilj je bil predvideti in razumeti njihove potrebe in želje. V začetku je predstavljen primer raziskave trendov na globalnem nivoju. Kasneje pa smo zajeli tudi raziskavo uporabnikov po nekaterih regijah v Sloveniji. Obdelali smo tri večje sklope, in sicer izbiro kombinacije barv, postavitev objektov in načrtovanja pisave. Skozi različno literaturo in lastne raziskave smo poskušali pokazati, kakšni so današnji uspešni spletni portali, in razširiti znanje, ki že obstaja. Zajeli smo tudi Liferay kot tehnologijo in oblikovalski in strateški načrt spletnega portala. Načrtovali smo tudi ime domene, logotip in raziskali možnosti strojne opreme za uporabo spletnega portala.

Secondary abstract:	The thesis represents a procedure how to set the creation and design of a web portal according to a users´ sample. Our goal was to predict and understand the users’ needs and desires. In the beginning of the thesis we have presented an example of a research on trends at global level. Later we have also included the research with a focus on users from some Slovenian regions. We analysed three larger scopes, the colour combination choice, the setting up of objects and the writing font choice. Through reading and studying diverse literature and at one´s own researches we have tried to indicate what are the current successful web portals like and to broaden the existing knowledge. We have also included the Liferay as a technology, and design and strategic plan of web portal. We have planned the name of a domain, logotype and researched the alternatives of hardware for supporting the web portal.
