Kontejnerizacija in prevoz iz luke Rotterdam

Abstract

V diplomskem delu prikažemo pomen kontejnerizacije, kje se uporablja, njene prednosti in slabosti, ki jih imajo uporabniki le-te. Osredotočili smo se na proučevanje kontejnerizacije v pomorskem prometu in predstavili pojem kontejner in kakšne ladje se uporabljajo v pomorskem prometu. Opisali smo vrste pomorskega prometa, kakšne ladje uporabljamo, njegove prednosti in slabosti. V praktičnem delu smo se osredotočili na Luko Rotterdam in opisali njen pomen za Evropo in jo primerjali z Luko Hamburg.

Secondary abstract:	In this thesis we decided to present importance of containerisation, where are we use it, advantages and disadvantages for user’s containerisation. As one of forms containerisation, we decided to describe maritime containerisation, container, what kind of ships are in maritime transport. When we presented maritime transport we described what kind of maritime transport do we know, ships, advantages and disadvantages maritime transport. We presented Port of Rotterdam, importance of it for Europe and compare it with Port of Hamburg.
