Abstract
V teoretičnemu delu naše diplomske naloge smo zajeli področje upravljanja in razvoja človeških virov. V tem delu je predstavljen pojem razvoja človeških virov in pomen le teh za podjetje in posameznika. Poudarek je na razvoju človeških virov, kot načinu zagotavljanja sodelovanja človeških virov pri razvoju lastne kariere in zavedanju odgovornosti za lasten razvoj in hkrati razvoj podjetja.
V drugem, empiričnem delu, je predstavljeno družinsko podjetje in njegovo delovanje, razvoj in vizija. Predstavljeno je delovanje podjetja v smeri razvoja človeških virov, katere oblike razvoja uporablja sedaj in kakšne pristope bi želelo uresničiti. Na koncu naloge je prestavljen tudi predlog k izboljšavi razvoja kadrov v družinskem podjetju.

Secondary abstract: |
The first part of the diploma covers the area of human resources developement management. This section presents the concept of human resources development and the importance for companies and individuals. The focus is on the development of human resources, as a way of ensuring the participation of human resources in developing their own career awareness and responsibility for their own development, while development of the company.
In the second, empirical part presents the family business and its operation, development and vision. It presented the operation of the company in the direction of human resource development, which forms development using now and what approaches would like to achieve. At the end of the task it is presented a proposal for the improvement of human resource development in the family business. |
