Abstract

Naloga obravnava izboljšavo procesa razvoja sublimacijskega tiska v malem podjetju. Podan je pregled literature o razvoju izdelka, modeliranju procesov, podatkov in uporabniških rešitvah. Modeliran je obstoječi proces razvoja izdelkov sublimacijskega tiska. Zaznani problemi pri razvoju in kontroli izdelka so bili: • neskladnost med zahtevami naročnika in že končnim izdelkom, • nezadovoljstvo naročnika zaradi nepreglednega in dolgotrajnega usklajevanja specifikacije izdelka, • papirna dokumentacija o zahtevah naročnika, • večji stroški zaradi izmeta. Razvili smo model izboljšanega procesa ter programsko opremo, ki temelji na aplikaciji Google Sheets. Izboljšan model procesa razvoja sublimacijskega tiska in programska podpora sta bili uvedeni v prakso. Podjetje zaznava večje zadovoljstvo naročnikov in zaposlenih, skrajšal se je čas razvoja, zmanjšali so se tudi stroški.

Secondary abstract: This thesis is aimed to improving the process of sublimation printing in a small enterprise. It includes a literature survey on product development, process and data modeling, and end user solutions. An existing sublimation printing process is evaluated. The evaluation exposed the following problems in the development and quality control of a product: • Discrepancies between the customer’s requirements and the finalized products. • Dissatisfaction of the customer with the nontransparent and time consuming coordination on product specifications. • Insufficient documentation on customer’s requirements. • Increased cost of the product due to eject. We have developed an improved process model and software based on Google Sheets. The improved sublimation printing process and the software support have been introduced into practice. The customers and employees satisfaction has improved; the development time and the production cost of a product have decreased.
