Abstract
Internet stvari (angl. Internet of Things – IoT) omogoča internetno povezavo med napravami. Njegov namen je s senzorji, aktuatorji ali komunikacijskimi napravami med seboj povezati stvari, ne glede na to, kje so, za kakšno vrsto stvari gre, kakšen je način povezave in kdaj se stvari med seboj povezujejo. Za izvedbo je na voljo širok izbor aplikacij.
V teoretičnem delu magistrskega dela smo najprej predstavili različne razlage termina internet stvari in njegov nastanek. Opisali smo področja uporabe, vrste tehnologije in njegovo vlogo v proizvodnih procesih in podpori managementa.
Kljub mnogim pozitivnim vidikom IoT pa je pri njegovem uvajanju treba biti pozoren tudi na nekatere nevarnosti, ki smo jih izpostavili v drugem poglavju.
Vizijo IoT pomaga uresničevati računalništvo v oblaku, ki vključuje nadzorne naprave, naprave za shranjevanje, analitična orodja in platforme za predstavitve. Tako smo v tretjem poglavju poleg predstavitve pojma računalništvo v oblaku navedli tudi vrste oblakov ter prednosti in nevarnosti njihove uporabe.
Analizo primera smo izvedli v podjetju Kema Puconci. Ugotavljali smo učinek uporabe tehnologije IoT na poslovni proces nakladanja materiala in njegove interne premike. Meritve s tehtnico IoT na nakladalcu smo najprej primerjali z meritvami na mostni tehtnici. V drugem primeru pa so meritve tehtnice IoT predstavljale osnovo za izračun kala v sušilnici. S tehtnico IoT smo želeli dokazati pozitiven učinek tehtanja. Zastavljeni hipotezi nam je s pomočjo analize primera uspelo potrditi.

Secondary abstract: |
Internet of Things enables the internet connections among the devices. Its purpose is to connect things with sensors, actuators and communication devices no matter, where they are, what kind of things they are, what kind of connection it is and when they are connected. You can find a wide range of applications for its realization.
In the theoretical part we first represent different interpretations of Internet o things and its appearance. We describe different application areas, kinds of technology and its part in the production processes and the support to the management.
In spite of many positive aspects of Internet of Things it is very important to pay attention to some risks, when we introduce it. They are exposed in the second chapter.
The vision of internet of things can be realized by cloud computing, which integrates monitoring devices, storage devices, analytics tools and visualization platforms. In the third chapter despite of presentation of the term cloud computing we also indicate different types of clouds, benefits and risks of using it.
We made a case analysis in the company Kema Puconci. We tried to find out the effects of the usage of IoT technology on business loading process of material and the internal movements of material. First we compared the measurements with the IoT wheel loader scale to the measurements on the weighbridge scale. In the second case the measurements were the base for the ullage calculation in the drying plant. Our goal was to prove the positive weighing effect with the IoT scale. The case analysis confirmed both hypotheses. |
