Abstract
Različne oblike in metode usposabljanje omogočajo, da zaposleni pridobivajo potrebna znanja in izkušnje ter razvijajo svoje sposobnosti za uspešnejše in učinkovitejše delo. V praksi se usposabljanja lahko odvijajo v obliki formalnih ali neformalnih programov, v ali izven podjetij. Usposabljanja neposredno na delovnem mestu omogočajo najhitrejši prenos uporabnih znanj, veščin in izkušenj.
Mentorski programi so ena izmed možnih oblik usposabljanja v podjetjih. Za učinkovito in uspešno izvajanje mentorstva mentor potrebuje veliko znanja in izkušenj. Ob pogoju, da tako mentor kot mentoriranec posedujeta potrebne lastnosti, željo in motivacijo, se lahko oba udeleženca kot tudi njuna organizacija nadejajo številnih pomembnih koristi. Ugotavljamo, da je usposabljanje na osnovi mentoriranja lahko zelo primerna oblika za manjša, finančno manj zmogljiva podjetja.
Opredeljujemo značilnosti in problematiko kadrov v gostinski dejavnosti. Usposobljenih in ustrezno motiviranih kadrov v gostinstvu namreč kritično primanjkuje. Za nujen dvig kakovosti gostinskih storitev bi se morala gostinska podjetja bolj načrtno posvečati usposabljanjem kadrov. Praktični del naloge obsega zasnovo programa usposabljanja na osnovi mentoriranja, ki smo jo pripravili za potrebe preučevanega podjetja.

Secondary abstract: |
Different forms and methods of qualification enable that employees can acquire all the knowledge and experiences needed. They can also develop their potentials for successful and more efficient work. In practice, qualification process could be organized as formal or informal program, in or outside the company. On the job training enables fastest possible transfer of knowledge, skills and experiences.
Mentoring programs are one of possible enterprise qualification forms. For efficient and successful implementation of mentoring process, mentor needs a lot of knowledge and experiences. It is important that both, mentor and mentee, possess all the needed qualities, desire and motivation. If those conditions are fulfilled, their organization can also acquire some major benefits. We found out that qualification, on the basis of mentoring, could be very suitable for smaller, financially less stable enterprises.
We define characteristics and employee problems in the catering industry. There is a critical lack of qualified and motivated employees. Urgent raise of quality in catering industry services is needed and enterprises should have much more systematic approach on employee qualification. Last part of diploma includes project of employee qualification on the basis of mentoring programme, which we prepared during research work. |
