Abstract

Diplomsko delo obravnava področje organizacije sistemov vodenja kakovosti v podjetjih Secop Austria, GmbH in Gorenje, d. d. Tekom raziskave poskušamo prikazati možnost uporabe organizacije vodenja kakovosti podjetja Secop Austria, GmbH kot primer dobre poslovne prakse pri izvedbi reorganizacije zagotavljanja kakovosti na nivoju proizvodnih obratov podjetja Gorenje, d. d. Neustrezna stopnja kakovosti je eden izmed glavnih vzrokov za nastanek nepredvidenih stroškov v procesih zagotavljanja končnih produktov, zato je ustrezna organizacija kakovosti v podjetjih ključnega pomena za zmanjševanje le-teh. Težnja podjetij po nenehnem izboljševanju in doseganju konkurenčnih prednosti vpliva na raziskovanje možnosti po doseganju teh ciljev na različnih področjih delovanja. Eno izmed področij, kjer se nahajajo največje priložnosti za izboljšave, zmanjševanje stroškov in posledično doseganje konkurenčnih prednosti, je nedvomno kakovost.

Secondary abstract: In diploma, we are researching and describing the organization of quality managing systems in companies Secop Austria, GmbH and Gorenje, d. d.. During research, we are trying to point out the possibility of usage of organization of quality management of company Secop Autria, GmbH as an example of good business practice for purpose of reorganization of quality assurance of production departments of company Gorenje, d. d. Due to the fact that insufficient level of quality is one of main root causes for phenomena of unpredicted extra costs in processes of assurance of final products, the appropriate organization of quality is a key factor for reduce of mentioned costs in companies. The objective of companies for constant improvement and achievement of competitive advantages is influencing on researches of possibilities in different fields, for its achievement. One of the fields that has the main range of opportunities for improvements and reduce of costs and eventual achievement of competitive advantages is definitely the quality.
