Abstract
V diplomski nalogi smo se ukvarjali s človeškim kapitalom in pomenom, z vlogo in dejavniki zadovoljstva ter metodami za merjenje zadovoljstva zaposlenih. Merjenje zadovoljstva zaposlenih smo izvedli na Okrajnem sodišču v Ljubljani na oddelku Zemljiške knjige. Zaposleni, ki imajo občutek, da so pomembni za organizacijo, so hkrati tudi zadovoljni in dosegajo zastavljene cilje vodstva, prav tako se zmanjšata fluktuacija in absentizem. Raziskava je pokazala, da sta pomembna dejavnika zadovoljstva zaposlenih v Zemljiški knjigi stalnost oziroma varnost zaposlitve in plača. Raziskava se razlikuje od raziskave, opravljene v gospodarstvu, kjer vlada tržna konkurenca. Na zadovoljstvo zaposlenih v javnem sektorju vplivajo razni vladni ukrepi, ki uravnavajo raven plač in uvajajo druge ukrepe. Oddelek Zemljiške knjige lahko še veliko postori na področju dejavnika napredovanja in pretoka informacij, saj so na tem mestu zaposleni izkazali največje nezadovoljstvo. Na podlagi pridobljenih rezultatov bi priporočili več sestankov, saj bi bil pretok informacij še hitrejši ter prenovljen način nagrajevanja zaposlenih. Ključnega pomena so tudi medsebojni odnosi med zaposlenimi, ki so na oddelku Zemljiške knjige dobri, zato se mora vodstvo zavedati pomembnosti zadovoljstva ter še učinkoviteje upravljati s človeškim kapitalom. Zaposlenim je potrebno omogočiti prave delovne pogoje, delo jim mora pomeniti vir zadovoljstva, da čutijo pripadnost in lojalnost organizaciji.

Secondary abstract: |
In this thesis we have dealt with the human capital and the importance , role and satisfaction factors and methods to measure employee satisfaction . Measuring employee satisfaction was carried out at the Local Court in Ljubljana in the department of land registry. Employees who feel that they are important to the organization are happy and achieve goals of their management, as well as to reduce fluctuation and absenteeism. Research has shown that the important factors of employee satisfaction in the department of land registry is continuity, job security and salary. The research differs from research carried out in an economy where the ruler is market competition. On satisfaction of the public sector employees influence various government measures that regulate the level of wages and introduce other measures. Land Register department may have done a lot in the field of progression factor and the flow of information, becouse employees showed the maximum dissatisfaction. Based on the results obtained we would recommend several meetings, becouse the flow of information would be even faster and renewed way of rewarding employees. Key importance are the relationships among the employees who are good in the department of land register, therefore, the management must realize the importance of customer satisfaction and to effectively manage human capital. Employees must have proper working conditions, the work they do must also represent a source of satisfaction to feel affiliation and loyalty to the organization. |
