Abstract
Statistike uspešnosti projektov informacijskih tehnologij so izjemno slabe, v veliko primerih zaradi neustreznih in pomanjkljivih znanj s strani vodij projektov. Danes se podjetja raje odločijo za nakup in uvedbo rešitev ERP, kot pa za razvoj programske opreme na ključ zaradi razlogov, kot so: nižji stroški razvoja rešitve, krajši čas tajanja projekta uvedbe rešitev ERP.
Organizacija mora izbrati tako rešitev ERP, ki se kar najbolje prilagaja njenim poslovnim procesom, zagotavlja funkcionalnost v organizaciji, podpira spreminjajoče poslovno okolje, nudi pomoč ponudnika rešitve ERP pri uvedbi rešitve, ipd.
Obstajajo mnogi razlogi, ampak če povzamemo glavne razloge je informacijska tehnologija bistven dejavnik pri povečanju učinkovitosti izvajanja vseh vrst procesov ter hitrosti pretoka in pridobivanja kakovostnih informacij, ki sta najpomembnejša pogoja za hitro, pravočasno in pravilno odločanje. To pa je ključnega pomena za preživetje, razvoj in uspešnost vsakega podjetja.
Da bi uspešno izpeljali projekte uvajanja ERP je potrebno predvsem tesno sodelovanje vodstva z načrtovalci, pravilno zastaviti zahteve bodočega sistema, tesno sodelovanje z bodočimi uporabniki ter vzpostaviti ustrezno komunikacijo med vsemi poslovnimi enotami podjetja, ki sistem načrtuje in uvaja. Projekt mora imeti ustrezen načrt uvedbe, zastavljeni morajo biti cilji, ki jih je potrebno doseči in ne nazadnje postavljen mora biti proračun projekta, ki ga je potrebno spoštovati.
S pravo poslovno informacijsko rešitvijo lahko tako zagotovimo pravilne poslovne odločitve na podlagi zanesljivih in kvalitetnih podatkov, ki omogočajo lahko dostopne in pregledne poslovne analize.

Statistics performance of information technology projects are extremely poor, in many cases due to inadequate and insufficient knowledge by managers of project. Companies wilingly buy and implement ERP soutions instead of developing software on demand of an organization because of: lower costs of development, shorter period of implementation projects of information system.
Companies must choose ERP solution which fits the best their business processes, assures functionality of organizations, supports changing business environment, offers help of ERP solutions by implementing ERP solutions, etc.
There are many other reasons, but if you summarize the main reasons is that information technology is an essential factor in increasing efficiency of all kinds of processes, flow rates and acquisition of quality information, which are the most important conditions fort he rapid, timely and correct decisions. This is the key to survival, development and success of any business.
For a company to be successful in implementing new solution ERP there is nead for coorperation between company's management and implemnting team. The project must have the righ plan, demands and goals that must be reached and as such there must be a budget that must be respected.
With the right business information solution we can ensure correct business decisions based on reliable and high-quality data that allow easily acessible and transparent business analysis. |
