Abstract

Wellness x se podobno kot večina vseh drugih podjetij sooča s problemom previsokih stroškov. Vprašanje je, kako zmanjšati stroške poslovanja na najmanjši možni nivo, da bo poslovanje postalo dobičkonosno. Trenutna gospodarska situacija ne kaže, da bi lahko pozitivni poslovni izid dosegli z dvigom cen storitev. S pomočjo analize stroškov wellnessa po naravnih vrstah so v diplomski nalogi podani predlogi za oblikovanje stroškovnih mest. Wellness x ne razporeja stroškov na stroškovna mesta, kakor tudi ne na stroškovne nosilce. Odločitev podjetja, sprejeta na podlagi naloge je podrobno proučiti stroške vseh postavk storitev na ceniku in prekinitev obratovanja savn za čas ko ni sezone.

Secondary abstract: Wellness x is like most any other companies facing the problem of excessive costs. The question is how to reduce operating costs to the lowest possible level so that the business will become profitable. The current economic situation does not appear to be positively affected by raising the prices of services. This thesis puts forward suggestions for the creation of cost centers through the analysis of the costs of wellness by nature. Wellness x does not allocate costs to cost centers, nor to cost carriers. The company's decision, adopted on the basis of this thesis, examines the detailed costs of all services offered on the list and the downtime of the saunas during the off-season.
