Abstract

Ogrevanje na biomaso oziroma lesne sekance je v zadnjih letih iz različnih razlogov postalo zelo aktualno. To velja tako za gospodinjstva kot tudi za industrijo. Glede na vse večjo okoljsko osveščenost, vse strožjo okoljsko zakonodajo ter dejstvo, da imamo v Sloveniji zelo veliko poraščenost z gozdovi, bo biomasa v bodoče gotovo še pridobila na pomembnosti. V podjetju Melamin d.d. Kočevje smo se tako zaradi omenjenih dejavnikov odločili za investicijo v parni kotel na biomaso z vrtinčnim slojem. Pred tem smo kot ogrevalni medij za pridobivanje pare, ki jo potrebujemo v proizvodnji, ter za ogrevanje uporabljali mazut. Mazut pa je okoljsko neprijazen, v zadnjih letih smo z njim imeli vse več težav pri uporabi in tudi dobavah na splošno. Ne nazadnje pa ni nezanemarljiv niti pozitivni poslovno-ekonomski učinek zaradi nižje cene biomase. V diplomskem delu smo natančno analizirali parni kotel na biomaso z zahtevno tehnologijo vrtinčnega sloja s tehnološko–tehničnega, finančnega, organizacijskega in kadrovskega vidika. Naredili smo tudi neposredno primerjavo s kotlom z enostavnejšo tehnologijo pomične rešetke. Rezultati naloge so zaključki na osnovi konkretnih številk. Prikazali pa smo tudi prednosti in slabosti posameznih tehnologij.

Secondary abstract: The use of biomass or wood chips for heating of residential and industrial buildings has become very popular in the last years, and for many different reasons. Due to the increasing environmental awareness, stricter environmental legislation, and the Slovenia's extensive forest cover, biomass is bound to gain on importance. Those factors induced Melamin d.d. Kočevje to invest into a biomass steam boiler with a bubbling fluidized bed. Previously fuel oil was used as heating fluid for production of steam needed in the production and for heating. Fuel oil is however environmentally unfriendly, and in the last years we have been facing more and more problems with its use and its deliveries in general. The positive commercial and economic impact is quite significant, due to lower cost of biomass, and should be mentioned as well. In our thesis we have accurately analysed the biomass steam boiler based on the demanding bubbling fluidized bed technology from technical, financial, organisational, and personnel aspect. We have also made a direct comparison with a boiler based on the less demanding moving grate technology. The results included in this paper are based on concrete numbers. Advantages and disadvantages of individual technologies have been also presented.
