Abstract

Diplomsko delo obravnava analizo mehansko fizikalnih lastnosti vlaken industrijske konoplje ter potencialne možnosti uporabe teh vlaken v gradbeništvu kot nadomestek sintetičnim vlaknom. Prvi del diplomskega dela je namenjen spoznavanju kompozitnih materialov ter različnih tipov vlaken za armiranje cementnih kompozitov. Sledi podrobnejša analiza vlaken industrijske konoplje ter primerjava lastnosti s pogosteje uporabljenimi sintetičnimi vlakni. Drugi del predstavlja eksperimentalno analizo vpetja konopljinih vlaken v cementni matrici. Kot dodatno raziskavo smo pod to poglavje vključili tudi natezni preizkus vlaken industrijske konoplje. V eksperimentalnem delu smo predstavili potek preiskav s podrobnim opisom uporabljenih materialov ter eksperimentalnih metod, nato sledi analiza opravljenih preizkusov z rezultati ter diskusijo.

Secondary abstract: This thesis deals with the analysis of the mechanical and physical properties of industrial hemp fibers and the potential use of these fibers in the civil engineering construction industry as a substitute for syntetic fibers. The first section of the thesis adresses both general properties of composite materials and various types of fibers for reinforcing cementitious composites, followed by a more detailed analysis of industrial hemp fibers and a comparison of these with the most commonly used syntetic fibers. The second part of the thesis presents the experimental analysis of the bond between hemp fibers and cement matrix. We also included the tensile test of industrial hemp fibers, as an additional research under this chapter. In the experimental part we presented the course of investigations with a detailed description of materials and experimental methods, followed by an analysis of test results and disscusion.
