Vpliv urbanizacije prostora na stopnjo implementacije policijskega dela v skupnosti

Abstract

Teoretični del magistrske naloge zajema zgodovino policijskega dela v skupnosti. Predstavljeno je, kako se je skozi čas vpeljevalo v skupnost usmerjeno policijsko delo. Sledi predstavitev kriminalitete, strahu pred kriminaliteto, merjenje kriminalitete in preprečevanje kriminalitete. Opisano je tudi policijsko delo, izvajanje policijskega dela, naloge policije, policijsko delo v skupnosti ter povezanost s prebivalci Republike Slovenije. V drugem delu magistrske naloge je opravljena raziskava in analiza rezultatov ter interpretacija le teh. Uporabljeni so bili že zbrani podatki, ki so bili zbrani z anketiranjem. Ankete so bile razdeljene naključno med prebivalce. Na koncu so preverjene hipoteze in podane ugotovitve. Analize so pokazale, da je faktor skupnostne povezanosti v Sloveniji višji v ruralnem okolju kot pa v urbanem okolju. Posledično se prebivalci v ruralnem okolju počutijo bolj varni kot prebivalci v urbanem okolju. Ugotovili smo tudi, da so ljudje v ruralnem okolju bolj povezani med seboj kot pa prebivalci v urbanem okolju.

Secondary abstract:	The theoretical part of the master's thesis covers the history of policing in the community. At first is presented an overview of the community policing in the past. Below is a presentation of crime, a fear of crime, the measurement of crime and the crime prevention. It also describes police work, policing, functions of the police, police work in the community and their connectedness to the residents of Slovenia. In the second part of the master's thesis is presented the study and the analysis of the results and finally the interpretation. Data that had been previously collected by interview randomly distributed among the population, were applied in the survey. Finally, the hypothesis was tested and the findings recorded. Analyses showed that the factor of community connectedness with police is in Slovenia higher in rural areas than in urban areas. Consequently, residents in rural areas feel more secure as the people in the urban environment. It was found out that people in rural areas are more interconnected than people in the urban environment.
