Abstract

Motivacija je stanje, zaradi katerega so zaposleni na delovnih mestih pripravljeni delati ob določenih sposobnostih, znanju in želji. Vedno je povezana z interesi oziroma koristmi tistega, ki dela in ob tem izpolnjuje tudi svoje potrebe in pričakovanja. Pri raziskovanju načinov za boljše motiviranje zaposlenih mora vodstvo podjetja poznati potrebe zaposlenih, saj so te osnova za doseganje ciljev. Managerji naj bi tako znali združevati osebne cilje zaposlenih s cilji podjetja in usmerjali zaposlene k doseganju teh načrtov. Potrebe, ki jih imajo zaposleni, so podlaga za motiviranje, pri čemer je potreba občutek pomanjkanja nečesa, in če ni izpolnjena, zaposleni ni motiviran za nadaljnje delo. Cilj vsakega podjetja je imeti zaposlene, ki lahko združujejo osebne cilje s cilji podjetja in tako prispevajo h kontinuirani rasti podjetja, v katerem so zaposleni.

Secondary abstract: Motivation is a condition that makes the employees in their workplace are willing to work with certain skills, knowledge and desire. Motivation is always linked to the interests and benefits of those who work and at the same also meets their needs and expectations. Exploring ways for better motivation of employees should lead management of the companies to know the needs of employees, as these needs are the basis for achieving the objectives. Managers should also be able to combine the personal goals of employees with corporate goals and objectives and drive employees to achieve company plans. Needs of employees are the basis for motivation, since the need represents as a sense of lack of something, and if it is not met, the employee is not motivated for further work. The aim of every business is to have employees who can combine personal goals with the company's objectives and in this way contribute to the continuous growth of the company in which they are employed.
