Abstract

Če želijo podjetja ostati konkurenčna, se morajo njihovi zaposleni nenehno izobraževati. V domu starejših, kjer je stroka zdravstvene nege ključnega pomena in se le-ta hitro razvija, je izobražen kader nujno potreben, saj prispeva k večji produktivnosti in boljši kakovosti dela. Kakovost in učinkovitost pa je v večji meri odvisna od njihovega zadovoljstva z delom, ki ga opravljajo in občutka za pomembnost. Tukaj pa se poraja vprašanje, s kakšnimi motivacijskimi sredstvi oz. ukrepi podjetja vzdržujejo nivo najboljših kadrov. Ker v zavodu Dom starejših Logatec redno potekajo izobraževanja, želimo v sodelovanju z zavodom raziskati, katerih izobraževanj se zaposleni udeležujejo in kateri so tisti dejavniki, ki jih motivirajo za izobraževanje. V diplomskem delu bomo predstavili Dom starejših Logatec, pojma izobraževanje in motivacija ter poskušala ugotoviti, kateri dejavniki motivirajo oz. ovirajo zaposlene pri odločitvi za izobraževanje v zdravstveno-negovalni službi domov za starostnike. Diplomsko delo bo sestavljeno iz teoretičnega in empiričnega dela. V teoretičnem delu se bomo usmerili v že znane teorije o izobraževanju in motivaciji. V empiričnem delu pa bomo predstavili namen raziskave in metode raziskave. Za zbiranje podatkov bomo uporabili anketni vprašalnik. Podatke, ki jih bomo s tem pridobili, bomo najprej statistično obdelali in jih nato predstavili v grafični in tabelarni obliki. Na koncu diplomskega dela bomo predstavili ugotovitve in podali nekaj predlogov za izboljšave.

Secondary abstract: If the companies want to remain competitive, they need to constantly educate their employees. In nursing homes, health care is very important and it also develops very quickly as a profession. This is why constant education of a professional employee is very important and it also contributes to a higher productiveness and better quality of work. But also the sense of importance and satisfaction of an employee is very important if we want to achieve high productiveness and good quality of work in the company. We may wonder which motivational resources companies use to maintain the highest professional level. In the Logatec Nursing Home a lot of seminars, workshops, and lectures for their employees are organised. In collaboration with the institution, we want to explore which of those seminars and lectures are most attended and interesting for the employees. We also want to know which factors motivate the employees to educate themselves. In this graduation thesis, we present the Logatec Nursing Home and explain the concept of professional education and the concept of motivation. We are also trying to research which factors motivate or hinder the employees in elderly health care in their decision to attend a seminar or a lecture. The graduation thesis consists of the theoretical and empirical part. In the theoretical part of the thesis, we focus on some already known theories about motivation and professional education. In the empirical part, first we present the purpose and the methods used in the research. The data have been collected using a questionnaire. The data collected are statistically processed, and presented in graphs and tables. At the end of the thesis, we present the findings of the research and suggest some improvements.
